LET ME GIVE YOU AN HONEST REVIEW!! I tried this location the first time and my food was literally PURE SALT!! It was so salty I couldn’t eat it. So I gave them a benefit of doubt thinking maybe it’s just the wrong day , went there again today and nothing changed it’s still as salty as the last time. If you love having your food cooked in 100% sodium then this is the best location for you !! Never again

So we got here shortly after opening. Probably 2nd customer. I could tell the rice was undercooked from looking at it but to confirm, I sampled it. Very hard and bad mouth feel and when I told the guy he didn’t do anything about it. Seems like he wasn’t trained to deal with that type of situation just said sorry and waited for me to make my selection. So no rice for me or my kids today.
The next bad thing it said there was only one person working in the entire line and he was also working cashier so he would touch receipts and stuff and not change his glove and it was just really slow to get through the line. Probably took me seven minutes or so to order a burrito and two kids meals even though I was the only guy in line.
You got a bag of chips and the chips were stale. Spent 45 bucks and felt really bummed out. I leave reviews like this because I like chipotle as a brand, just today kind of sucked.

Disappointing to see that Chipotle still can’t sync it’s online and in-person experience. I came here to order a cheese quesadilla, only to be told I had to order through the app. Then when ordering through the app, the rewards won’t apply. Completely broken experience. The only plus is that the food is good. Update: the response to my review is as disappointing as using the app. They linked me to a page that 404s. Really?

This location is (fairly new) I like how convenient the location is and well I like chipotle so anyways. I do think that for such a touristic and heavily trafficked area, they need to focus on being more staffed. I can see how the employees are handling multiple things at the same time and it’s making them lose focus on the details such as bagging chips. Restocking utensils, cleaning tables, making sure fountain soda stays operational and also maintaining the employees well being and customers satisfied. Other than that, I love it here.

worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle, line out The door four people behind the counter three of them arguing about a shift one guy working the counter in a pissed off attitude smallest portions. The place was a mess. Honestly, you should probably just get new staff and start over or hire better management

Credit where it’s due: the food was good, and every other worker we interacted with was actually really nice. Unfortunately, Naphka single-handedly tanked the experience. The attitude was unreal—no greeting, no basic manners, just pure annoyance like we committed a crime by ordering food.
It’s honestly impressive how one person can kill the vibe so fast. If sarcasm and eye-rolling were on the menu, Naphka served plenty. Great food, great staff otherwise… but that one interaction was enough to make us rethink coming back.

Very dirty location, the men working here aren’t keeping the location clean. Your bowl will have condiments and pieces of food on the bottom because they don’t wipe down the serving station. The tables and floor are bad as well. Not good for public health.

So many options. I wish I could eat here every day. It gets very busy but always clean. I love the burritos and the bowls. The ranch sauce was fire. The brown rice bowl with sour cream and hot sauce is my favorite. Always good service. Tip these people, please!
