This place was horrible. After reading the reviews and seeing social media ads, I wanted to try this place out and see if they had a good Philly Cheesesteaks. I had the Surf & Turf. It should be mentioned that this place is in Walmart! The cheesesteak was dripping with oil, no real taste to it, and the shrimp looked like canned shrimp or radioactive due to size. They gave me a seasoned fry, and medium drink for $17.00 and change. This fries were probably the best thing. NOTE: (Dined In) They only give you 2 napkins, and 2 ketchups. If you ask for more they frown, and make faces. Since the drink was full of ice, I asked for a refill and they said they don’t do refills. I think I made a bad decision on this one, and probably should have tried Philly Bros on Airline. I would not recommend this place and will not eat here again.

This was my first time eating here and the food was excellent. I had the number one regular with everything on it. It was hot and delicious. The coustmer service was great. I will definitely be eating here again when I come back to Kenner to shop. Give them a try.

Had never heard of this place before, but was working in the area and “Googled” “food near me”, on my phone, and this place showed up. I was surprised that it was located inside a Walmart, but went inside and ordered at the counter. The food was prepared, fresh, in the fully visible, clean and orderly kitchen, and delivered, quickly. We drove back to the work site, and were Shocked (!) at how delicious the sandwiches tasted!!! The bread is a taste sensation, by itself, and the steak and garnishes just make the sandwich more delicious! I can’t remember a taste sensation, like we experienced with these sandwiches, when I was “safe to drive”. Do Visit! 5/5! Will return!!!

This is one of my worse experiences here I have had at this business as I was in line I saw the Asian Lady (which is the owner) throw away perfectly good burgers and while doing so I saw her touch the burgers with her bare hands today on 9/05/23 at around 11:30-12pm this happened not to mention she also held up everyone in the line to remake burgers for everyone that she then touched AGAIN WITH HER BARE HANDS! this is so disgusting I’m so disgusted by the way she handled the food and her attitude towards her employees I would have asked for a refund but I am aware that is against there policy which I had to end up throwing away the food that I bought all together! I will also be telling fellow people that I know that come in here to not come because this is NASTY 10/10 DO NOT recommend

Friendly staff, clean place. Nobody in line, only one person at a table. Should have taken the hint. I ordered a BBQ Philly regular size plain. Paid $8 for a 6″ sandwich that was so dry I had trouble swallowing it. NO BBQ sauce on it, the ” BBQ flavor” tasted days old and dried up. The meat was more like chipped wood than actual meat. The bread was nice and soft.
My son got the same sandwich but made it a combo with fries and a drink. His reaction to the sandwich was the same as mine and he said the fries were “meh”.
For less than the price we paid we could have driven a few blocks and gotten fast food, and it would have been much better!

Highly recommend if you are in the uptown Walmart area ! Great shop ! Always clean with friendly workers . Very rude customers though . Yikes .. overalls great food with great smiles . 10/10
