This village steak was absolutely delicious. It was hot. It was juicy and full of flavor. The customer service was off the chain. Great I would 100% come back and get another sandwich from here 10 out of 10. Totally recommend. I love that they have the outdoor seating so you can go and enjoy your sandwich in in case you want to get another one the stand is right there.

Been here a couple times across visits to the park. Philly cheesesteak w/the wiz and onion option were surprisingly great each time.
Wasn’t sure what to expect considering it’s amusement park food and doesn’t get the best reviews but it was really juicy and cheesy and flavorful.
My hypothesis on the bad reviews: it’s close enough to Philly that a bunch of people act snobbish about what constitutes a good Philly cheesesteak and this place is a victim of those standards or they’re going with the other (provolone?) cheese option.
Way better than the chickie and Pete’s cheesesteak at the park.
Pricy but that’s just amusement park food in general.

Very friendly service. The girl serving me was all smiles.
This cheesesteak is not going to hold up against a lot of other places but in a theme park you get what you get. The roll is very dense, not a ton of meat on the sandwich but the flavor was really good.
The fries were a bit on the cold side but that’s usually the case in the park.
They are on the season pass meal plan. This will be a go to for me in the park for sure

We went to an event and stood in line for 15-20 minutes just to be told everything was sold out. No signage or communication was done to let multiple customers in line know they no longer had food. There was a decent amount of time in the event to serve and they were completely sold out. Didn’t feel very apologetic either.

Counter service place in the outdoor food court area in Hershey park. We got there when they opened at 11 and they had already pre-made a bunch of sandwiches. Not sure why that was necessary so early in the day, but it really killed the experience because the cheesesteak was actually really good, but the bread was cold and wet and the meat was just lukewarm. Otherwise the flavor was great.

Stumbled across The Philly Cheesesteak Company here at Hershey Park. We ordered the cheesesteak sub, fries and drink. The food here is off the Richter Scale. Steaks fresh off the grill
(Real steak not mystery meat) overstuffed on a super fresh sub roll. If the hot French fries were not fresh cut homemade, they damn sure tasted like they were fresh cut homemade!
I was pleasantly surprised. I would damn come to Hershey Park just for this cheesesteak, fries and drink meal deal.
When you come here to Hershey Park, believe me when I tell you, YOU WANT YOURSELF THIS CHEESESTEAK AND FRIES! TRUST!

Cheesesteak is wack. Meat drier than the Sahara, tastes like the smell of armpits plus pepper. They hid the cheese at the bottom of the roll. I bought cheese sauce at chickie and pete’s just to have some cheese on the jawn. Should’ve just gone there for food too. Don’t waste your time

We got the cheesteak fried onions and whiz. It was slightly better than a pizza shops steak sandwich. Chopped like Jim’s and greasy like Tony Luke’s. It’s probably the best cheesesteak in Hershey, maybe. I usually dont eat “Philly” steaks outside of Philly.

Really skimping on the meat in the sandwiches. The cheesesteak fries are pretty decent, but if you want a cheesteak in the park, go to the Nathan’s in the waterpark
