So refreshing, feels light going down. Lots of nutrients I need in my diet. With so many delicious options available it is easy to get hooked! Everyone I’ve tried I have loved. Much better alternative as a treat that an iced coffee with too much sugar and caffeine. I won’t feel it is a splurge, just subbing it for dessert out. Feeling great after the fact not like my dessert coffee treats. So much of the good stuff!
