I always thought they were part of the gas station so I never went. They were recommended by a Facebook post. Boy, have we been missing out! Fast friendly service. Small quaint old-school cafe. Lots of menu items and a Mexican menu! My wife and I came in for lunch. My wife ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries. I ordered the turkey bacon Swiss club with fries. They came after a very short wait. Wow, excellent food. Very fresh ingredients! The fries are crisp and tasty. It was our first time here. It won’t be our last.

I picked bacon which cooked just right! The pancakes were delicious! My friend ordered the Philly cheese omelette with hash browns. Coffee was delicious. Great service. Staff is really nice. Parking on the north side of building. This is a great place for breakfast and lunch place. Support small business.

This is a cute little diner. I went for breakfast my daughter ordered the mickey pancake and was excited when it came out! I ordered the chiliques they were okay. Definitely a cute place to visit.

This spot is a gem! Their breakfasts are the best around-be sure to ask for their Mexican menu. The steak torta my son ordered was full of flavor, huge (enough for 2-3) and the steak was so tender. I don’t eat steak, and I would def order this next time. Omelettes are fluffy and fresh. Coffee is bottomless and rich. Service is attentive and friendly. Prices are lower than other breakfast places in Valpo. Do not miss this place for your next breakfast out!

It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for out here! It’s perfectly priced and the food is hot and delicious and the coffee is strong! I have been to many other breakfast places (that may look more aesthetically appealing), but this place blows all of them away!

I have been here several times and have always had a great experience dining in for breakfast, lunch and ordering carryout. Everything comes out super hot fresh and plated beautifully. Service is always wonderful with a smile.
They now have a Mexican food menu ask about it.
I’m really surprised that they don’t have more reviews. But I’m going to admit I wanted to try to keep them all to myself as a secret, maybe that’s what others are doing as well.

Pretty amazing for being attached to a gas station. Pretty good food as well. Of course we had breakfast at lunch so it was pretty busy. But they are very fast and never left my coffee cup dry 😉 it does have an odd entrance with a temporary structure to keep cold wind out. Of course I had lots of food restrictions that they were super at accommodating.

This is an excellent breakfast place. Unfortunately we went on a Sunday when it is packed, so we had to wait a bit for a table. I’ve gone during the week when it isn’t as busy and had a great meal. Would definitely recommend.

Delicious food. Ordered the Italian beef with mozzarella cheese sandwich with peppercciinis on the side and fries. Absolutely delicious. Kind waitresses and it’s very comfy and cozy place to eat. Try it. I’m sure you’ll agree with me.
