I just want to give honor where honor is due!!!
Came in to Jersey Mike’s five minutes till closing ♀️see I would never do that but I have a son that has autism and right now all he loves to eat is Jersey Mike’s sandwich so I had to do it feeling embarrassed. I came in and spoke to April and Javier. They were so understanding so welcoming so kind hands-down, the best Jersey Mike’s in Tucson because of April and Javier. I truly appreciate it. They were a blessing if anybody has a family member that has autism. They absolutely know the struggle.

a couple days ago i came in and a manager named Sarah was so kind and welcoming to me and my children. she made this a wonderful experience. Ive been to this location before and ever since Sarah and have worked there, It’s been amazing. They are absolutely phenomenal and Sarah is so amazing. She goes out of her way to spend time with me and my children. sarah should be a general manager and be running he own store. She cares about the company and did everything in her power to make our experience amazing, definitely will be returning more to see Sarah and Billy, and enjoy some yummy food

We ordered the club and Philly cheesesteak. Both were made fresh and with our desired toppings. The bread tasted great! The toppings were fresh and the deli meat sliced fresh. The steak was grilled and the cheese melted just right! Only bummer was half the fountain drink options were out of order. Restaurant was clean and plenty of seating options.

Went in for lunch today lucky my favorite people were working. Billie, savanna,and April. Since the new manager Billie there has not been a bad visit or experience. Food was top notch came in for me and a few of my employees. Bread was soft food was delicious conversation was amazing as always. Was happy to see savanna missed her last time she’s such a joy she remembered my wife’s name and that we were going on a vacation soon. Love feeling like family at lunch lol. Only bad thing is I wish there were name tags there was a young man who was putting topping on who did amazing as well but with no tag forgot to ask his name.

BLT wasn’t as fresh as the other jersey mikes I have been to while traveling across America for work. Top of bread was really flaky, and lettuce was not tasting right either. Swiss cheese wasn’t that great. What’s wrong with this jersey mikes location? Got to do better people. 3 stars for them today.

The female worker with tattoos was very rude when my girlfriend reminded her that The two sandwiches we ordered had one customization each. My girlfriend ordered a club with avocado I ordered mine with extra bacon. The lady said I can obviously see that yeah get home she threw avocado on both sandwiches Guess what I’m allergic to avocado so I get to throw my giant sandwich away that cost me 20 bucks. Next time don’t give somebody attitude when they’re trying to remind you of a simple customization especially when you’re still going to get it wrong obviously you didn’t see. Thanks for wasting my money

We were contacted by this Jersey Mike’s location with an apologetic follow up letter and chance to try their sandwiches again. We did last night and enjoyed our food and experience much more. Everything was made perfectly per our request. I’m revising my review to reflect this last visit and we’ll continue to use this location as our go to for sandwiches.

This is our go to location for Jersey Mike’s subs and I usually order the #10 tuna. We always take our orders to go and when we got home I noticed that the wheat roll on my sandwich was cut very thin on the bottom half so there was a hole in the bottom and the tuna had leaked out and soaked up most of the rest of the bottom of the bread. The top was fine. I ate it upside down basically like an open face sandwich. This is the first issue we’ve had here and we specifically went today since it was the day of giving where all proceeds went to charity. I’m happy the proceeds went to those who need it but disappointed that the staff was sloppy and served a sandwich that way. They should have recut and used another roll. I’m hoping this is a one time occurrence.

Had a pick up order this evening and it was not great. I have to say the last two times that we have gotten sandwiches they have been disappointing. The bread today seemed old and was breaking apart and the chicken cheessteak seemed like there was hardly any peppers or onions. Dry and bland.
