I love Phat Cart for several reasons. Their food is amazing, homemade soda even more so. The ambience is great. They use reusable plates and cutlery so major points for sustainability. Service is great and the portions are enough to fill you up. You can sit inside or on the porch on the floor above, just know that people live upstairs so you’re not startled when people suddenly come out. There is also a small space with plants where you can sit. Really nice place.

Super yummy stuff! Discovered through grub hub but finally went to the brick and mortar. I lost my sense of taste a few months ago and I’m just starting to gain it back and this place has been consistently delicious. Usually get the crispy chicken bento but got the ahi tuna bento today and it was soooo yummy

From a vegan perspective they don’t really offer a deep menu. Luckily what they do offer is always fresh and delicious. Vegan bento, avocado, sautéed zucchini, tofu, spinach, gochujang (Korean red chili paste), sesame, & nori on white rice.

Really decent food at good prices. We ate outside on a hot evening because we are Covid-cautious, but it’s right near the university and across the street from lots of food trucks, so it was fun to do some people watching. There was a steady stream of customers. The octopus dumplings were good, as was the beef rib bowl. I also really liked my boba tea.

Phat Cart is where it’s AT! I have been ordering from the place for a while and it has become a go-to place of mine. Eating at the restaurant is such a fun experience too because it is in this cute little house. I have never had a bad thing from here I love the chicken salad (I also add a side of zucchini), the dumplings are great, and I love the Korean Beef Bento! They have groovy little drinks as well! I recently got the sparking limeade with peach and it was a perfect refresh for our hot weather. Check ‘em out!

Amazing people, fantastic food, my favorite place to go for lunch 🙂 I especially recommend the Japanese Beef Bowl (pictured) and the Orange Chicken Bento!

I’ve tried the roasted and crispy chicken bentos on separate occasions and everything about both experiences was excellent. I’ve gotten the food to-go both times, but the ambience makes me want to stay, which I rarely feel about a place these days. Prices are extremely reasonable considering the high quality of food and the preparation that seems to go into it. Lots of flavor, and simultaneously familiar flavors yet new for the type of dishes they serve. I’m recommending this place to anyone who’ll listen

Delicious! Went here after it was recommended by a staff member at Duck House restaurant two doors down. The other place didn’t have portions for a single person so they said to try here and I’m glad I did! I got the orange chicken bento and a chocolate chunk cookie to go. I only had a 12 minute drive home, but the chicken traveled surprisingly well! it was hot and crispy by the time I got home and the portion size was perfect for me and at a $10 price point, I couldn’t complain. The rice and zucchini were also good, although the rice was not as hot as everything else so I imagine they portioned it too early 🙁
