From the moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be something special. Scotty — the man with the amazing facial hair — greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly welcome. He seated us with Chelsea, who turned out to be a complete rockstar of a waitress. She knew the menu inside and out, confidently made recommendations, and every single dish she suggested was absolutely spot-on.
The food itself? Next level. Every bite was packed with flavor, freshness, and creativity — a true sushi lover’s dream. While Chelsea was busy making sure other tables were taken care of, Scotty stopped by to check on us, which made the service feel seamless and personal. When I asked for training chopsticks, Scotty brought them over literally in seconds — talk about attention to detail!
Between the exceptional food, top-tier service, and the genuine hospitality from both Scotty and Chelsea, our experience was nothing short of superb. We will definitely be back! Phat Boy Sushi has earned a spot at the top of our list.

Came in midday on a Saturday, not expecting the crowd, but it was busy. There was a slight delay in being greeted, and it took a while for our waitress to come take the drink orders, but everything was worth the wait.
Food was delicious. We split a few things at the table. The menu was vast, and the dishes had a lot of great flavors. The Crab Rangoon dip is a must order.
There were a ton of people, but noise level was not bad. There were a restaurant had great decor and very cool wallpaper. Such a great vibe.

This place is so fire and amazing. The TNT roll is delicious and the gin cocktail is beautiful. Thank you so much to Chelsea our beautiful waitress who was SUCH a vibe. So attentive. I drove an hour to get here and I WILL BE COMING BACK IT WAS DELICIOUS! 10/10 recommend

Great sushi restaurant. Lovely service and atmosphere. We walked in pretty casual, although others were dressed up. I really enjoyed the pork belly skewers and spicy tuna tartar. My son enjoyed two different sushi rolls. And good sake. And a no ice happy hour which I missed.

Phat Boy Sushi’s grilled octopus has always been my favorite dish there, and honestly it’s what made them stand out from other sushi/Asian fusion spots. So imagine my disappointment when my husband and I came in and found out it was no longer on the menu. 🙁
I feel like once restaurants expand to multiple locations, they often try to make the menu too generic to please everyone — and it’s those signature specialty items that make a place unique instead of just another run-of-the-mill spot serving the same dishes as everyone else. I miss restaurants that hold on to their uniqueness and don’t need to cater to the mainstream palettes.
Service was just okay. We waited a while before our waitress even came over to bring water. We came in late for a bite around 9:30pm, and there weren’t many diners, so the delay was surprising. That said, one thing I’ve always liked about Phat Boy is their extended late-night hours.
My husband ordered the miso ramen, and the broth was rich and delicious. I had the steak noodles, which I enjoyed, but it was way too salty.

The lunch special that includes your choice of two sushi rolls is huge with two full-size rolls and a side salad. It’s enough for two people to split. A little too much salt, but excellent sushi. The bartender is a little skimpy on the wine pour but at happy hour it’s half price! Definitely be back again!

Phat boy Sushi is our happy Hour go to. The salmon trios are amazing, along with the Octobus balls and Tuna Wontons. Kevin, our server was wonderful and attentive. Can’t wait to return!

Instead I ordered the spicy Tuna Roll and it was full of fresh slices of tuna. I wish they would serve fresh, unsweetened ice tea, not bottles.

Love this place! Went with my wife for her Birthday for the first time, and what a great experience. The drinks were amazing, the place including the bathroom very clean and the service from Natasha, simply amazing. We will definitely be back and we’re so happy this is at the perfect location.
