Ordered for collection tonight was told 20 mins took 50 mins which was fine as very busy, tried to query if we had been overcharged they rectified however no apology given made more to feel like it was an issue that I have raised it. Got food home veg pakora cold but lovely! The mixed grill lamb completely overcooked and inedible called the restaurant was told at first by the girl it was “very strange” as they don’t leave orders laying, no one said they had we said it was overcooked was put on to the manager who was in all honesty quite rude to me and told me there was no issue with it and to bring it back for the chef to look at it said I wasn’t doing so as I had waited such a long time so said it would be the last I would order from them and was hung up on by the manager terrible service and not likely to return which is a shame as been a loyal customer since opening everyone can have an off night especially busy peak times but no need to be rude to people or hang up when they’ve sent their hard earned money in your establishment.

A rare 5/5. Solo meal working away. Asked my waitress Joshlin for some recommendations which she did, suggestion for my lamb request a lamb Laal Maas.
Not something I’ve ever tried but definitely something I’d try again.
Very rich, spicy with an intense ginger flavour. My accompaniment was a garlic naan, dripping in garlicy butter/ghee.
My starter was equally delicious and the side salad was enormous.
Hope to return again.

We received our takeaway tonight. Delivery driver followed our request exactly, leaving our toddler asleep (not ringing the bell), it arrived on time, hot and delicious. The starters were generous portions, nice, a little basic but no complaints. The curries were exceptional! Absolutely delicious! We usually go to Mother India in the west end to get a takeaway but it’s so nice to have a decent and not only decent but delicious curry in Cambuslang. Wonderful find and delight not to have to drive to the other side of the city for a good curry!

Had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Got a takeaway a few months ago and wanted to sit in. Food was outstanding with service to match. Shout out to the staff some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Would recommend the Tandoori starter.

Went in having read loads of great reviews in Glasgow’s Good Food Group on Facebook. They weren’t wrong. It was a great visit. Lovely place, immaculate. The staff were really welcoming and the service was lovely. The food was excellent. The Chicken Chat in a patia sauce was beautiful. Our curries were amazing. Also huge portions. So much so we took doggy bags away with another meal in them !! Overall 10/10. Wholeheartedly recommended

New owners have totally transformed the restaurant.
Warm and ambient atmosphere.
Lovely friendly welcome and service was excellent.
We had our meal on a Monday night. Choose from the pre theatre menu. We both enjoyed our starters, and main meals were bursting with flavour and spice. Good size portions and naan bread is absolutely spot on .
So glad we decided to try it out, it ll become a regular for us.

Wonderful first visit here:

+Staff are lovely, so friendly and welcoming.
+Great atmosphere; thanks to the staff, presentable restaurant, and the excellent decor – spacious yet homely.
+Lots of gluten-free vegan options on the menu, even had choices for me on the lunchtime menu (which is a miracle).
+Toilets as are fit for a palace; the fine decor etc isn’t reserved for the restaurant floor alone.
+Lovely food; I wanted more, which is always a sign that it’s good. Portion sizes were good as the person I was dining with loved their food, but could not finish it.

-Some potholes in the car park.
-Music was at an uncomfortably high volume on my second visit.
-School neds hanging about the car park entrance at lunchtime.

A classy place with great food, I will definitely be back
