They have a veggie shepherd’s pie that was amazing (if you like vegetables). It had peas, carrots, mushrooms, corn and beer gravy. This was all very good but the best part were the mashed potatoes, they tasted real and crowned the dish. It is served in a cast iron dish, hot and wonderful.
The patty melt was also quite good. Marbled rye, plenty of cheese and tender beef. The coleslaw was not the mayo type so it was also quite good.
We shared the brownie; it was very large and had plenty of ice cream. There was not enough of either sauce but there never is enough. We could not finish it.
The biggest drawback was the seating. Every time the door opened, we caught a cold breeze. There are double doors to prevent this, but they were not in use. Service was slow however there was only one wait staff.
The doors were not opened at 11 as posted.

The place is beautiful, well lit, high ceilings, and plenty of seating.
Our server was Patti? She was great! Very attentive.
The food was great too. The fish tacos were big, great beer batter but lacked a bit of seasoning.
The Nashville chicken and waffles sliders were great, not that spicy. The waffles were soft interior, crispy exterior, perfect for a sandwich.
I’d definitely come back again and try the other stuff on their menu.

Nice beer selection, cool atmosphere. My only knock was the expensive public parking across the street. I had the Bear v Bison IPA, and a guest tap dark lager. Both were great. I had the Shepard’s Pie and Buffalo Wings…..both were fantastic. My colleague enjoyed his spicy Chicken dish. They do a military night on Thursday, 10% off.

The server was great. The atmosphere is good. The nachos were mediocre. The tacos had a massive amount of carnitas. The fries were good. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was burnt. The chicken was a strange texture. The orange goo that came with it was not to my liking.

The food is okay, service is absolutely incredible, but the woman’s bathroom was actively flooding and I got water all over my pants. Even though it was clean water dripping it still grossed me out. Also, please stop charging for the pool tables, not sure how much y’all make off of them, but it doesn’t seem like it’s enough to repair them, and give them proper maintenance. Every single table has sides falling off, and hasn’t been balanced in ages. I met my husband there 7 years ago, and when we went last night to play pool, it just kinda made us sad. But that being said, food was okay, the service was top tier. The bartender, and our wait staff were amazing. But please fix that leak, it’s really gross as a woman to go into a bathroom and get water all over your pants.

We had our wedding reception in the third floor space and the phantom canyon team blew us away every step of the way! We toured phantom after losing our deposit at a different venue due to a miscommunication and phantom saved the day. From touring to booking to selecting our menu phantom was in clear direct communication with us. Where phantom went above and beyond was on the day of execution. They do all of the set up of tables, chairs, and even centerpieces and floral arrangements. At the end of the night they informed us they would take everything down and sure enough everything we brought them for the day was boxed up and ready for us to grab the next day. Truly a white glove service and experience. We are so thankful for phantom for being the biggest part of our best day, truly a breath of fresh air in a typically overwhelming industry.

Great location in downtown. Large bar and plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs. The food is pretty good. Burgers a little thinner than we would like. The shepherds pie and fish tacos are both really good. Huge beer selection. Service can be hit or miss.

I have always had a good experience here. The food has always been fresh and delicious. It m gonna be honest I usually get the Shepard pie and it’s delicious.
Today I decided to try the fish and chips. So good.
My wife got the phantom burger and it was cooked perfectly.
I highly suggest stopping in and enjoying the food yourself.

Beers are excellent! Had a Brewer’s Flight (tasters). My fave is the bear creek honey brown, it smells and tastes like chocolate, not too strong, just the perfect roundness I was looking for. Ordered the Patty Melt and replaced patty with a bison med-rare patty omg with the caramelized onions… you guys… this was out of this world! We were seated on the patio with the view on the mountains and it was not too busy for a Friday pm. Our server was super sweet and chatty, had a great experience!
