Ok, I’m going to be fair. Their customer service is nice. The big guy who normally works the counter is good. I have been there 3 times. Twice i have gotten the spring rolls, absolutely on point. Yesterday, I decided against my better judgement to have the shrimp pat-thai. This was absolutely horrible. The noodles, I have no idea what those were. There was some stem like pieces and they weren’t eatable. Not enough egg, and the shrimp was good. I will go back but I will only stick to the spring rolls. I would encourage them to change that dish up.

I got the spring roll and banh mi sandwich. The flavors were mild, not to crazy. The sauce for the spring rolls were sweet and not as savory.
The pad thai was also pretty bland. Overall impression of this restaurant is mediocre.

I come here for dumplings and spring rolls but everything is fabulous and the service is always excellent. It makes me happy to support the local economy.
Today we got spring rolls and sweet and sour chicken. Also a honeydew bubble tea.

Stopped at this place for lunch. The food was wonderful! Everyone enjoyed the food. My only complaint. Was that that they had a sign for a lunch special we ordered that, but they did not honor that price. They then placed signs up saying no lunch special today. Not the best way to run a business. Honor your posted prices and at the very least notify the customer when they order not when they pay…

To Die for!!!! SO GOOD!!! Delicious flavorful authentic egg roils. Perfect pork fried rice! Toasty brown with green onions, been sprouts and eggs and so tasty! Still warm when delivered unlike so many other places I have ordered from recently! My mouth and my tummy are happy and good value too!

Everytime my partner and I come here, we order shrimp spring rolls (you have to try these!) and the Bubble tea. The food is so amazing, but what sets Phams apart from any other dining establishment we have been to is the phenomenal customer service we receive every single time we’ve been here. Courteous, respectful and attentive, makes the experience so much better!

I’m a big supporter of Midtown Market and I have gone to Phams more than once. Never had anything negative to say until today. I ordered the mock duck spring rolls, which were delicious as a whole. But I couldnt get past that fact that there was wilted soggy greens wrapped up in the roll. I could tell by texture, taste, and smell that it wasnt quite right. I know it doesnt take much for greens to go bad but it really dampened my experience. Overall keep doing what you’re doing just make sure the lettuce is fresh(:
