My favorite restaurant! I love Pham’s Kitchen. Their food uses the freshest ingredients. The owner and the staff are so kind and hospitable and always make me feel welcome.
The grilled pork bahn mi (#2) is my favorite, and I get it quite often.
In the summertime, it can be frustrating sometimes as they’re closed for vacation some days/weeks. However, I like that it’s a family-run establishment and they value their work/life balance.

Amazing food!!! The grilled pork Bahn Mi was INCREDIBLE. The flavor was just next level. Definitely a must try. The beef pho was also excellent, as well as the shrimp and pork pham rolls. The owner stopped by at the end of our meal and was so sweet. We really enjoyed our experience here.

I walked into Pham’s Kitchen hungry and walked out feeling like I’d just watched Notre Dame football under Marcus Freeman, with CJ Carr at quarterback, run a clean, confident game plan. Calm. Controlled. Zero panic. This meal had the same energy as a perfectly scripted Notre Dame opening drive.
The beef pho is Notre Dame football in a bowl. The broth is disciplined, balanced, and physical — the kind of consistency you expect from an Irish offense that knows who it is. Every sip felt like CJ Carr making the right read and moving the chains. No gimmicks, no chaos, just fundamentals executed at a high level.
The pork banh mi brings the big-play Notre Dame football moments. One bite and it’s Jeremiyah Love breaking contain or Xavier Watts flipping the field. Crunch, flavor, explosion — instant momentum swing that has the crowd on its feet.
Then the bubble tea closes it out like classic Notre Dame football in the fourth quarter. Cool, composed, and clutch. Victory formation vibes. No drama, just a clean finish.
Pham’s Kitchen is Notre Dame football if Notre Dame football were edible: well-coached, physical, exciting, and built to win. If the Irish execute like this all season, fans are talking playoffs — not “what could’ve been.”
Final score:

The baguette was crispy but not hard, perfectly light and airy inside. The shredded pork was delicious, and the pâté was super fragrant. I really enjoyed it! I’ll definitely come back next time I visit from Canada.

We came here for a quick lunch, and it was very delicious. We were able to be the first ones in the place, so we ordered and got back our food very quickly. The food was very nice and the employees were very nice. The environment of the store was very pleasant and made the experience so much more enjoyable!

The pho was good, the regular iced coffee was great, and I tasted bits of what my wife and kids had and it was all tasty. The lady that served us was very kind and actually made us a laugh a few times too! Next time we come back to Buffalo we will definitely be stopping to eat here again!

This place is like a diner meets Vietnamese food. Food has been 10/10 every time. The pho broth is delicious even before sriracha and hoisin. The grilled pork is delicious. Vermicelli bowls are great, and I could eat a million of their fried spring rolls. Their fresh rolls and ban mi’s are great too. Favorite pho place in the Buffalo area.

Stopped here on a whim. We were driving by and I saw it and was hungry so we thought we’d give it a shot. Oh my goodness, SO GLAD we did. Not only was it so nice and comfy in there, the woman working was SO nice and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. This was our first time trying Vietnamese food and we will definitely be going back for more. We got the spicy chicken rice bowl and the spicy chicken rolls and while we were both so full by the time we were done – I think I would have kept eating until I burst it was so good. If you haven’t tried this place – you need to.
