I really dislike giving locally owned restaurants bad reviews, but I’m sorry, this place was not good. I honestly feel like it was a waste of my money coming here.
First, I’m not sure to what extent it’s possible, but this place needs more windows and maybe a glass door. Right now, it feels like you’re entering a prison. Also, the door lock should be changed to something more convenient for customers.
Cleanliness: The place was not clean at all. You had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom, and nothing felt clean in this place.
The food was not good; it was dry and tasteless. There were also all sorts of signs all over the place that did not make sense.
I think this place needs a complete evaluation plan.

Great service food was cooked perfectly I felt. Eggs, Bacon & Hash browns, biscuit & coffee.
Skipped the toast very glad I did that.
Food was great however the service they offered us was unbelievably good.
We were traveling through this town headed home.

Tons of food for the price! I had a sirloin special for $15.99. The steak could have used some seasoning but was cooked appropriately. The coleslaw was rather mushy. But food overall was good and I’d visit again.

The Spring Garden special (two eggs, hashbrowns, porkchop, and a biscuit with gravy) was out and cooked perfectly within 15 minutes of my sitting down. Prompt service and great food has made this a must see spot in NE City.

Loved our experience here! Great and fast service. The menu is huge and the portions are so generous! The prices were great and we enjoyed our food! If you order anything with gravy, be aware they love to put a lot of gravy on things. Other than that it was wonderful! Will be back.

This is an awesome cafe that you must visit. The food is just, good and fresh. They have pies and a soup of the day. The staff are locals and everyone in town knows about this place (which is how I found it). Enjoy. I did. For two days. The left overs were fantastic cold! Very fresh.
