I have been to Petrosinos multiple times now and every time I am impressed by the high quality of their ingredients and their dedication to delicious, authentic food. All their pizza dough is made from scratch daily-hand tossed to order, New York style-and you can definitely taste the difference! High quality cheese, made from scratch pesto (best I have had in Green County), great wine, and a warm inviting ambience. Must eats include the “Pearls of Sicily” appetizer, the Caesar salad, any pizza (we love the “Made Man,” the “Mafia Princess,” and the “Caprese”), and the Limocello cake. This family run business features a fun “mafia” theme with historical tidbits and photos throughout the restaurant and an Italian themes playlist to round out the ambience. Fresh, high quality, delicious Italian food and a fun theme- what more can you ask for?
Small businesses bring uniqueness, character, economic growth, and have a relationship with locals that can’t be duplicated by big businesses. Amazing real deal New York style pizza! Love the old school family recipe sauce, top quality meats and cheeses, signature Italian spice blend, and that crust! Suprimo! Classy, clean atmosphere, with excellent attention to details. Small town family business with big city quality and taste exceeding all expectations. We’ve finally found authentic, grown-up pizza without having to drive to Milwaukee or Chicago and at a fair price for this level of quality. Bravissimo!

We tried Petrosinos for the first time time tonight and what an amazing experience!! We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. This place immediately makes you feel like family. The menu has a wide selection of incredible pizzas to choose from. The ingredients were all delicious and the pizzas were so worth the drive!! Such a great experience for our family. We can’t wait to go back!!

Walk into a well-curated interior with a beautiful bar, surrounded by tables and booths. We settled into a booth and perused the menu of 15″ pizzas and other options. My eye kept going back to The Easton Wise Guy pizza, described as an “upside-down Sicilian pizza”. They were a bit busy so we started with a house salad. The owner and pizza chef, originally from the Bronx, came out to tell us the pizza was on the way, and he was very excited for us to try it because he added a special cheese. The pizza was definitely worth the wait, with a perfectly chewy crust that has an audible, crisp bite, loaded with delicious, garlic-laden sauce and generous portions of cheese, including romano and our specially-added treat: imported pecorino sheep-milk cheese that amped the flavor up to mind-blowing. It was delicious hot, and after it started to cool a bit, I asked myself if it was even better. Your brain just says, “take another bite!” The chef stopped by again to see how we liked it, and it was fun to chat with him, as well as the other staff there. We sort of knew the place hadn’t been open long, but I was surprised to find out they’d only been open for 5 or 6 weeks, (i.e. June 2025). It was an honor and a pleasure to partake in Petrosino’s piquant pickings so near to their premier. I look forward to going again.
