This is the first place we ate in Blue Ridge. It had 4.3 rating. We were hungry and the menu sounded great, had something for everyone. I ordered country fried steak with gravy (one of my favorites), mashed potatoes, fried okra, and field peas. It took at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive. My okra and potatoes were cold. The steak was the smallest piece I’ve ever been served, with about a tablespoon of gravy. There seemed to be no seasoning on anything, very bland. My daughter got a pastry melt and said it was so bad she couldn’t eat it. My husband tried it and said no, thanks.

We have been going to Pete’s Place Restaurant in Blue Ridge, Georgia on Saturday mornings with friends consistently since the Cole Family took over the restaurant. We love the friendly family atmosphere and great service. The food is fresh and no matter what we order it is consistently tasty! My favorite is the country fried steak!!. Please make Pete’s your go to family restaurant for great home cooking.

We are visiting Georgia from Florida and we love finding little new places to eat and we stopped in here it’s so cute, and gives comfy vibes. This was our first visit. The restaurant was close to where we needed to be for a meeting. It was a great find. Everything was very ideal. Meal was hot and delicious. We certainly will be back and the drive from Ellijay will be well worth the trip.

This place was awful. The turkey and dressing was so dry and bland. Thank goodness they had canned cranberry sauce to make it edible. The wait for someone to take our drink order was about 15 minutes and of course she brought the wrong drink for one of us. Another server finally started helping her because she probably saw she didn’t come by to see if we needed refills during the 45 min wait for the horrible food. Guy up front was trying his best to be nice. Definitely skip this place. Yuck.

Super cute little diner! Wait staff was great. Very quick with coffee refills. The food was okay – – pancakes were excellent! Potatoes were over cooked (Could have just been an off day) But most importantly prices are incredibly low. Definitely somewhere to check out.

Always had a great experience at Pete’s place. The new owners are even better. Don’t order more than one pancake unless you’re very hungry. They’re as big as the plate. For lunch, the fresh cut homemade fries as awesome as well as the daily specials.
