I had the ox tails n mac cheese and I haven’t had good oxtails in 20 years (Miami) until I ate here! Do yourself a favor and come eat EXCELLENT Jamaican food.
The lady who works the register was so friendly. This is the 2nd time Ive been here and the food is consistent! KEEP WHOEVER IS COOKING IN THAT KITCHEN. THAT MAN IS AMAZING!!!!!!

I had the oxtails, rice & peas & Mac and cheese along with a beef patty. Everything taste just like it does back in Jamaica!!! I wished I lived here cuz I’d be here every week!!! A before pic wasn’t possible cuz once I tasted it I couldn’t stop!!! This place is a 10 out of 10!!!

My wife and I were passing through Colorado Springs and we decided to stop by Pete’s and have lunch. BEST DECISION WE MADE! We bout two brown stew snapper plates to dine in and we also got an oxtail and jerk chicken plate to go. We spent over $130 for everything and IT WAS WORTH IT!!! The brown stew fish has a 25 minute wait and we had no issues with that because we like our food freshly done. Overall we rate this place a 10/10. The food we had was nothing short of authentic and delicious, the service, the atmosphere was great! We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be stopping by whenever we’re here in Colorado Springs. Thank you Pete’s Jamaican restaurant for a great experience.

My husband and I don’t live in Colorado Springs, but when we do visit and are craving Jamaican, this is our stop. Normally, we get the curry goat, but today I got oxtails and a patty along with our normal order of curry goat and wings. The oxtails were excellent. We ate so much and so fast that we needed a nap afterwards. The service was great as well, and also fast, as we were not dining in and wanted to get back on the road. Everything was wonderful!

Let me tell you we smelled the food coming from the outside. Everything was cooked to order fresh / Jerk chicken plate was my favorite, my girl had the Oxtail plate and I wanted to upload photo’s of the empty plates. If you are in the Colorado Springs Area get authentic Jamaican Food at Pete’s.
