If you’re ever in the area, don’t miss Pete’s Griddle! Prices are unbeatable, and more importantly the food is amazing.
The weather outside was frigid but the staff couldn’t have been more warm, friendly, and efficient.
Come hungry, because you’ll get served enough to fuel a whole day on the mountain slope! I had the biscuit and sausage gravy, and it was so good I went back the next day for pancakes.
There’s plenty of parking too, so you’ve got no excuse not to stop in on your next trip through Bethel!

Welcoming staff and ambience, great seating area, and attentive service.
Food is well priced, very tasty and not oily(bonus point)!

Absolutely loved this place! We were out for a ride, and this place came up when I googled breakfast in Bethel, and it looked super cute, so we went. From the moment we walked in, we had top-notch service. Hostess was sweet and accommodating as I am picky where we sit in restaurants. Our server Vivi was awesome, very personable, and I love that this is a family place. It was their second day serving breakfast, and the food was great, especially the homemade blueberry muffins grilled on the griddle. The atmosphere was roomy, warm and charming. I love the old local signage. We’ll be back for sure to try dinner. Thanks, Vivi!

Our first time dining at the new Pete’s Griddle which is in the former location of Roosters. The dining and bar space space upstairs are clean and inviting. Bar area has a TV. Jack was working behind the bar and he is personable and attentive. Happy hour is 3-5! There is also a downstairs game room. The menu has a nice selection and prices are reasonable. We enjoyed mozzarella sticks for a appetizer and the honey maple salmon entrée. We’ll definitely be returning to try some of the other dishes.

Service was fantastic, space is lovely, and the food came out fast and hot. Everything was tasty. Best of all, my entire breakfast, with a soda, was only $16. Fantastic value for high-quality foods. I wish they were open right now for lunch.

Had dinner here at the end of the season in late March. It’s a few minutes further down the road from ski resorts than the other places, but well worth it. Much better value than the others. Extremely nice folks and excellent service. All the food was great, we had the honey maple salmon , tacos and lava cake. All were really good.

For those who were around when this was the Rooster, this is still your place. This was and still is my favorite restaurant in this area. A must visit for any skier or visitor. As a first time visitor to the new restaurant, I was hopeful. In reality, it was a lot better than I expected. Everything we had was really great, Honey Maple salmon was awesome, and just as great: the crispy potato wedges. Pretzel app, homemade dessert special were also superb. Shout out for uplifting and hard working servers too. Quality and prices are some of the best in the area. Can’t wait to visit again.

We started with beers and wings. The wings were great (1/2 BBQ, 1/2 Sweet Chili). The Thirsty Botonist IPA was excellent. We both had burgers which were delicious. The fries look hand cut and I could have kept eating them. The folks taking care of us were wonderful. We’ll be back for sure.
