Dunkins are starting to display the gutting Private Equity is doing to their quality and staffing. They have good people trying to do a good job but they can’t when private equity is pushing franchisees to squeeze every nickel out of their staff and customers. The picture with this review is supposed to be a bagel. I forgot to take a picture of the joke size donuts. Big quality failures. Plus the main Dunkin restaurant I used closed just north of here so the company is failing.

My sister and I have been coming here for years, the employees are rude every time. We were just there and were asked what we wanted, we said we needed a moment, then a different employee got on and obnoxiously yelled can we get you anything today. We said not anymore and started driving off and she started yelling something else. Will be calling later today since obviously the current management is allowing this to happen, so there is no point in calling now. If you don’t like your job find a different one.

So today there was a short staff and a long line and I could see my drinks had been made quite a while before I got to the window. The line was 30 minutes! BUT Indi came and made my drinks fresh with no issue or attitude and was understanding of my issue. I get that it is a small thing, but it really made my day

Waited for 20 mins at the window. I asked how much longer. The kid got an attitude with me them the manager comes next and says just give me back the drinks and donuts we had. I am giving your money back. Took my license plate and called Arnold PD. Well the drinks you took back that we were already drinking out of. You sat them by other customers drinks waiting in the drive thru. Well we have the flu. That’s wrong and nasty you don’t ask for drinks back when the person already drank out of them. Well never go back and the manager needs to learn customer service and how to count money. You shorted me 5 but looking at you. You might need it more than me. Good job Arnold Dunkin Donuts!!!

Awful! Awful! I made an order for a cold brew medium with less ice, a shot of raspberry along with half dozen donuts. What I got was no donut availability and cold brew that was filled to the brim with ice. It barely had any coffee and zero taste of the raspberry.
I’m disappointed. I’ve read reviews and been to this place a couple of times, but this time it was deplorable. The place has so many good donut shops around and far more affordable too. I vow to never get donuts or coffee from this or any other Dunkin Donuts branch.

Made an online order this weekend and they closed early no note on door or anything infact when I pulled in drive thru to pick up order the employees were in there just chose to ignore me tried the doors they were locked and now I cant get ahold of anyone to get a refund

Service was great, coffee not so much! It had a great flavor it was just warm. Now, I don’t want my coffee to burn my mouth but I do want it to be hot. I could have gulped this it was barely warm. Not sure if I’ll try the coffee at this location again or not?!?
