Referred here by one of the locals and glad he sent me this way! The food was very good and came out quick and hot. The waitress was knowledgeable, quick and helpful. The cook who brought some of the food out while she was helping other tables made some good suggestions. There’s good parking for those of us with trailers behind the service station next door. All in all a good experience.

Absolutely amazing. Definitely in the top five of bbq places I’ve ever been. To start off, it was very clean, and quiet music wise (I went on Friday evening). The waitress was very helpful and nice. The food came very fast. The food is what really sold the place to me. The pork was well seasoned, juicy and tender. The fries were the best I’ve had in a long time. They came out seasoned nicely. I prefer mine very salty so I added some salt to mine but the fries weren’t over seasoned for the average person. I highly recommend this place. It definitely has its share of small town charm.

We love the food! We’ve never had a bad meal and the variety on the menu makes it easy for anyone to find a favorite! My favorite is the brisket taco salad!

Hadn’t been here for a few years and it was just as good as I remember. Good food, fast service, reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Pete’s was everything you dream of for a good small town meal. The BEST cheese curds we have ever had! The queso was also delicious. There are 6 in our family and we all loved the meals we ordered. My husband and I grew up in small towns and we really appreciated getting to eat at Pete’s. It reminded us of our own small towns. We will definitely stop again if we get to pass through in the future.

After a long day of driving and exploring on a photography trip and skipping lunch, finding Pete’s was like a blessing from the Lord. I had the Brisket burrito with coleslaw and a piece of coconut pie. The burrito and pie were stellar, coleslaw was OK but I compare all coleslaw to my mother in laws which can’t be beat.
Our server was friendly and helpful and “Pete” (Brady the owner) was able to answer so many questions about the area for us and even directed us to some additional kitschy roadside attractions we had missed in the area.

Food is outstanding. The Pete’s burrito is huge and filling.
Prices are cheap compared to other restaurants.

We pass through from time to time and this place never disappoints. Got the 3 meat platter like I always do but decided to try the vegetable beef soup. WOW, best I’ve ever had. Got a to-go container of the soup, delicious. And thank you for having truck parking. I hate having to eat fast food all time.

We stopped by after lunch hours and it was pleasant, there were still other people there but it wasn’t crowded or loud. We were able to have a conversation. It was clean. The staff was nice and helpful with the menu when we had questions on a dish. I picked the ‘pulled pork philly’ with coleslaw. The coleslaw was less sweet and more peppery than the basic recipes. Do try it. Husband had the ‘chicken fried steak’ with the pasta side. Said the gravy was lumpy looking but had a great taste. These cheese curds had an amazing breading on it that made me think of the cheddar biscuits from Red Lobster, but better. Don’t forget to try their pies, they had a pineapple cheesecake that was very refreshing. We also love how they captured little pieces of history in their decor.
