This is a new PPP and my first time at one. It looked very clean inside and this is a takeout express location. Service by shift leader Matt was outstanding-fast, courteous, helpful and professional. I got his recommended 3 cheese with pepperoni on thin crust which is delicious-now savoring every bite.

I love PPP. Since I was a kid loved it. This store however cannot get it right. Even the 2 redo are screw ups. Then I ask for a refund on the ＄5 for extra cheese that clearly wasn’t there，they refund the entire order for our troubles which I thot was cool for not being what I ordered an hour ago. Pizza was 40 mins late, two employees asked my name and then couldn’t find it and walked away. No communication, no status or update and third employee had to finally remake one. Didn’t ask if I wanted cheese or peppers like the dozens of people who came after me and left before me. Sorry, not the best showing or experience.

I’ll just order from the restaurant next time. They couldn’t get my order right (2 one topping pizzas) we waited an hour. I’m disappointed and would love my money back. Our pizzas weren’t worth the wait and I had to add cheese at home as most of ours was sauce.

Pizzas were okay they seemed a little small from what you get in the actual restaurant now the romaine salad which cost $5 half of the lettuce was rotten. I’ve only been to this location twice, different staff each time and can’t think of another food place in the area with the courtesy and friendliness than this Peter Piper. Raven was very professional and helped me resolve some app issues I was having and went above and beyond to make sure my order and experience there was positive. The rest of the staff was very friendly, great customer service. My pizza was cooked perfectly and I’ll definitely be back. See you guys soon!

I placed an order for Chicken Caesar salad, I was charged and I paid. I received a call from the manager letting me know that the salad didn’t have chicken because they didn’t have any. Then when I got home I noticed the salad didn’t have croutons. I called the store and the cashier didn’t know if the Caesar salad was supposed to have croutons. She asked manager and he and said that Caesar salads don’t have croutons. Ignorants! I will never go there again.
