Do not book a party here!!!
Those place is ran by children with no adult in site! I booked a party over $300 expecting enough room to fit my party and a HOST to offer hell when needed.

There was never a host for help, we were given two small tables in a corner with barley enough room for every one to sit.
No help with the birthday cake, when we asked for something to cut the cake the workers (children) were confused and had no idea what to do. They didn’t offer plates or forks for the cakes we had to ask multiple times.

Worst experience ever I will never have a party here again, at least chuck e cheese is organized and help with everything you need.

Do better. Hire adults and train your staff better.

We booked the birthday party package at Peter Piper Pizza expecting everything that was promised, birthday stickers, table balloons, decorative birthday plates and napkins, and digital invitations. None of these were provided, yet the price stayed the same. In fact, we ended up paying nearly double what the package was supposed to cost.

The drinks were a huge disappointment: the sodas were warm, and the machine had no ice. Redeeming the kids’ prize points was another hassle; we waited about 15 minutes before anyone even showed up to help.

The setup itself was also poor. Other than three tables with tablecloths, the floor was dirty and the place felt unclean, not at all what you’d want for a child’s special day. Staff offered no support; we were left completely on our own.

I do not recommend Peter Piper Pizza for a child’s birthday party. Find a venue that actually delivers the package they advertise and treats such an important occasion with care and cleanliness.

Completely ridiculous experience.

We went through the drive-thru and they couldn’t even get the order right — and it’s printed right there on the receipt! How do you mess that up? All they had to do was double-check before handing it out.

Then they walk away from the window like they’re done before we even pull off. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention, had to park, and go inside to fix what they should’ve done right the first time.

This was lazy and avoidable. Pay attention to what you’re doing — it’s not that hard to read a receipt and hand out the right order.

The staff here are so rude, don’t look like they want to work especially the person at the register. The restaurant was out of desserts and the salad were frozen, napkins dispensers empty, ice machines out of ice, trash all over the restaurant…. the restaurant wasn’t busy, they only had 2 parties of 6 kids each. I asked if the restaurant serves coffee, as soon as i got my No per answer, the 2 staff members I asked to, started mocking me and making comments about this place not been a coffee shop, that the restricly sell only pizza. I understand this may not be the best place for them to work but hey they chose to work here! Be nice and at least fake the smiles… it won’t hurt!!! Rudest place !!! And they call “kids friendly zone”!

Really nasty place. Bathrooms smelled like raw sewage. Trash everywhere, all over the floor. Trash cans over flowing. Soda machine counters sopping wet with soda and water and completely full of ice in the grate. Won’t ever be back

I ordered my food online an hr prior to picking it up. Went through the drive through waited 20 mins to be helped. Then he couldnt find the order. Once he found it said they were backed up and it would be another 8 to 10 min. I had to go home and get ready for my graveyard shift so I told him just give me a refund… was really looking forward to the pizza so I had to just go get mc donalds instead… wont be returning..

My family and I eat at the Peter Piper Pizza on Golf course and man what a bad experience. All the tables were absolutely dirty, they had a plenty of employees there and nobody was cleaning the tables. I saw employees just standing around, one guy was waiting for customers to order and he was just standing there, he could have started cleaning tables and if he saw a customer come up, he could have stopped cleaning and go take care of the customer. I don’t understand how the manager could let this happen, there was trash all over the floor and the restrooms were very dirty. Where I work, I’ve been a manager for 20 years and it’s all about delegating, telling these young kids to go clean, but nobody wants to work and managers don’t want to tell their employees anything. Managers are just as lazy and the owners probably don’t have a clue of what’s going on and they should. Peter Pipers would make way more money if they would just learn to stay clean and provide better customer service. And that’s the other thing they don’t know how to say thank you, their customer service is terrible especially the short blonde girl with the piercing in her nose and the tall guy who was dressed like a pirate.

Went there for a pre-school party. The pizza was better than I thought it was going to be, it was edible, and while not great, not horrible. The overall management and such was not very good. They seemed completely unprepared for the lunch rush and the party. There was a group of 20 families, which they knew were going to show up- maybe not the total complete number, but it was a complete cluster at the counter. It took 30 plus minutes (being generous to them) to wait in line then get the pizza made. At a place like this, they should be able to turn and burn a pizzas quickly or at least faster than that. The games were good. A lot of them were partially broken or only had one consul of the two working. Not surprising, but not ideal. Overall, it provided what was needed at a very slow pace. My kids loved and want to go back- I however can wait. So points for the unexpected edibility of the pizza, major downgrade for not being ready to handle a crowd.

This place is just awful. I was hoping for a decent pizza buffet. We got there within 10 to 15 minutes of opening, so you think the pizza and other food would be fresh. Not a big selection, very limited. Pizza was just warm, and dried out. The pasta was gross to even look at. Barely any sauce on it, one was a cheddar sauce I think and the other some kind of Alfredo maybe. In any case it was dried out with very little sauce, like it had been made days before. I did not risk eating any of it. I had hoped for a good salad bar, which was dashed when I saw 3 bowls of premixed salad. I got a little of all 3 and while the flavors were good, the salads were wilted and watery. The only thing I found to be worthwhile was the cinnamon sugar dessert pizza, which I saw them put out a fresh one, so I had some of it, and it was good. There were almost no other people in there. I did hear discussion about the playground area, and learned that it costs $10 per child, which is absolutely insane. I’ve never seen a place that charges for kids to use a playground.
