I have an extremely hard time at this McDonald’s getting decent chicken nuggets. I came in tonight at about 10:40 PM. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget. When I got to the window, I checked my order and I asked the employee how long ago the Nuggets were made because they felt pretty cold and rubbery. He stated they were just made. I drove away and then tried one. They are old. I then pulled back through and asked for a new set to be put down because they were old. I waited about two minutes and they brought me another bag, the same kind of chicken nuggets. They did not put a new fresh order down. We pay good money for this food these days. If a customer is asking for them to be made fresh, that should not be an issue. Close to closing time or not, we still deserve the food that we pay for. 20 minutes is still quite a ways from being closed. The employee that I spoke with first was Lucas. Him, knowing that I came around a second time he should’ve personally made sure that those were taken care of. He was the One who handed me the bag the second time as well. That is what I asked his name. Your phone number online is also incorrect. I have tried to call in the past and the employee stated that it is an old number. That needs updated. I am extremely disappointed in this McDonald’s. I as well as a lot of other people in the community have continuous problems with your food being fresh. Please get this fixed!!

One of the worst McDonald’s ever they knowingly know their app has not worked for more than three weeks then you go through their drive-through or go in and they can’t get your order right I don’t even understand why this place is still there. The new owners were supposed to do better than the old owners and still have not. you can always tell an unsanitary restaurant by the amount of black grease coming out of the entrance and exit doors and this one has it

They failed to put all food in the bag that was ordered off their app. When the charge comes out it says McDonald’s but when you call to complain they tell you that you have to call doordash. They aren’t the ones that didn’t put the food in the bag or the ones that took so long for an order to be cold that the driver had to wait on. McDonald’s is unwilling to communicate about it and placing all blame on door dash.

So went there tonight to get food. Ordered sat at the window where you pay for over 10 min this girl kept taking orders. So when she had her line so backed up where she couldn’t take orders anymore we still kept sitting. She leaves her station was gone for a bit. Comes back drinks her drinks keeps looking walking around finally over 10 min she comes to window like yes can I help you I said ya im just wondering if you can explain why we sitting out here for over ten min to pay you. She didn’t answer went um what dod u order very rude. I said are you serious she slammed that window hard as she could cussing. I drove off didnt even pay for food went around in building talked to the shift manager in duty the worst customer experience from there I have ever received. I will be going back in morning talking to higher up management and calling corporate.

Stopped here for lunch this past saturday. First the good. The food was okay. Now for the bad. Went into the dining room to order food and use the restrooms, the food took 20 minutes from the time we walked in the door till we got our food.When we attempted to use the restrooms, they were backing up and overflowing with at least an inch of standing water / sewage in the bathrooms with toilet water overflowing into a portion of the dining room. This was absolutely disgusting and we would not have ordered food from there if we notice this first. They should have closed the restaurant down and fix the problem instead of continuing to serve customers. Very bad in my opinion!

Stay away! Do not go to this restaurant! Try to find somewhere else to go or go to a different McDonald’s! This place has had problems for years and nothing‘s ever been done! So reluctantly I went to McDonald’s this morning to get a big breakfast with hotcakes and I paid for my meal and when I got the sack, it felt kind of light so I pulled up and looked in there and of course the hotcakes are not with the meal and keep in mind. I got it with bacon instead of sausage so I get back to the vehicle with my pancakes after waiting 10 minutes and my other food is pretty much cold and I get home and open up my meal and there is sausage in there! I was just done with them, instead of going back, I just can’t even be around that place. It makes me so upset! This place has had bad management and very poor employees, not all of them, but there must be some serious miscommunication, or no one’s reading the menu screen correctly, also a note on the inside of the store, it is completely cold and not friendly with the new design they have behind the cast registers is absolutely terrible, McDonald’s has gone to hell!

Wait times get longer each time we go there. Today ordered a fish sandwich and it was dried out and well you see how much cheese they gave. Not even a full slice and it wasn’t fresh either. There’s always something wrong with every order. Shouldn’t get excited when the orders correct or the sandwiches are lined up not sliding off the bun with ketchup everywhere. Service has really went out the window.

I was waiting to order and saw an employee vape and blow it on chicken nuggets… while waiting for the food I saw a customer vape in the lobby…. I had a 2yr old and a 10yr old with me… Tried to contact a manager on multiple occasions instead of blasting on here but no luck and this issue should be addressed… I can be patient with an order being messed up or it taking forever… I feel like this is wrong on another level!

This McDonald’s never ceases to amaze me. We pay $25 dollars for two large meals, and this is their definition of large fries. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened, but this is becoming a normal for them. We have had to turn around multiple times because of this, even call management. And nothing ever changes with this place. If I’m paying this much money for FAST FOOD, I think you can actually give a large fry.
