Only if I can give a Zero I would! Picked up order payed cash came home and one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. Called regarding issue and went to pick up pizza. Upon arrival Manager Cassidy wanted us to pay for it again only because another manager didn’t pay it out on the system when we picked it up the first time. Gave us a hard time was talking over me. Very unprofessional. This place always make errors and are rude.

We had a horrible experience today. And that’s a first for this location. None of the machines that add points to the game card were working. Off line or no device was the other one. I went to the center to ask if someone could put points on my car from there. He looked stoned out of his mind, and he completely ignored me. Not shure if I would come back. And that’s a shame since my 18-month-old dotter loves to come here.

Awesome location! The employees are helpful and friendly! Helped us with the new gaming system which is you pay for time on a game card or buy points. All games either play by using points or unlimited play with time which is 30 mins a hour or 90 mins. When we got our order which was 2 xl pepperoni pizzas and zucchini everything was super hot and crispy with that commercial cheese pull! This was hands down one of the best dinning in pizzas we had in a long time! And zucchini was so good they look like fries but amazing amazing amazing! Go have fun and let the kids run around and earn prize points! Also they have adult drinks so you can have fun too!

Normally it’s a really nice clean friendly environment but the day we decided to go and support my grandson’s fundraiser for his school (Rainbow valley) it was a complete disgusting evening!! The kids were horrible!! Kids were trying to bring down the ceiling,while Other kids were unplugging the games when younger kids were playing and the kids were very disrespectful!! No moms were around and no employees cared to stop this!! Yes my grandson goes to this school but he was not part of this disgusting behavior. Anyway this place did nothing to control the kids and let them do whatever they did

We paid 2000 tickets for a game and when we opened it. It looked like they got the game from goodwill. They wrote on the back of loyalty cards, like they were chance cards. They also had stickers in there that said sorry I’ll be fixed soon. For 2000 I expected this to be a new game we spent so much money today. This is unacceptable. We came for my son’s 5th birthday and he was so excited to buy that game. How disappointing. Also the wings were very dry.
