Had an enjoyable lunch with family and some fun in the arcade.
I give it an overall 5-star rating (4 on food because they discontinued my favorite)
-Game area looks great with lots to play, but the play structure is expensive and I have 4 kiddos ($10 each for all-day).
-I guess I’m a regular and paper plates have always been present during the lunch buffet. I always feel bad throwing away so many plates.
-It is awesome that you can make personal requests for certain pizzas during the buffet. I’m just sad that they no longer have Diced Pepperoni (I would request Thin Crust/Diced Pepperoni w/o seasoning).
-They do have 3 kinds of salads and 2 types of pasta during the lunch buffet. Let’s just throw out the old pasta instead of mixing it in when you add the fresh batch.
-I am also a BIG fan of the rotating ovens that use the cornmeal balls on the bottom of the pizza. This is a taste that brings me back to my youth. Go to the Scottsdale location if that’s what you are looking for. There are 2 others that I know of.

Other than that it’s a clean environment and well pizza will be fresh because you are waiting.
Upon picking up the breadsticks, I was told that they forgot to put the pizza in the oven and that was the reason for the pizza delay. The young lady working the counter offered LITTLE by way of customer service or remedy, although she did replace my marinara. Long story short… don’t trust their ability to deliver your pizza at the promised time, or for them to resolve any time/ product issues, at least at this AVONDALE location, but the pizza is still good.
