If I can give zero stars I would. I booked the Ultimate Play Package well in advance and was expecting the services and amenities that are advertised with that package, including a party host, table setup, decorations, birthday stickers, and a Piper Blaster. Unfortunately, none of these were provided. When I arrived, I waited in line and informed the employee that I was checking in for a party. I was simply told to go sit at a table. The table was not labeled or reserved for our party, and nothing had been prepared. When I asked about the cards, food, and drinks included with the package, I was asked if I wanted to order and was told, “Can’t you see it’s busy here? It’s a very busy day.” Seeing other reviews it seems that this kind of customer service to normal for this location. The services were disappointing, especially since those items were included/advertised in the package I paid for.
I wrote a personal note to Peter piper and left a voicemail explaining what happened and no reply after a week! I do not recommend Peter piper, especially this location.

Gives a half filled ranch with that many fried zucchinis. Offers free ranches to other customers in front of me. The lady was just not sweet. But denies to even fill the dip box as bare minimum. The staff was confused to not know if there were cold drinks refills available on in house dining, while the customers there were refilling the cold drinks i was refused. The pizza is really solid and damn crusty my teeth hurt chewing on it. The cheese the sauce and the veggies on pizza was scarce but as dense as water in desert.

Nicole is so rude, short staffed is no excuse to treat anyone disrespectfully. Please understand you work at Peter Piper and it gets super busy. If you don’t like or want to work in a place where people come for FAMILY TIME then don’t.

Lunch buffet is the way to go. Salad and mac and too much pizza plus dessert. They’ll take a request so you get your favorite hot n fresh.

The second I walked into this establishment I noticed how DISGUSTING the store was. The staff were the only welcoming part about my experience, the managers, rude and unhelpful. I overheard the managers being rude to the staff, the things they make them do are unsanitary! Do better!

This place is hit or miss. We were there for a fundraiser and the ladies there were wonderful and patient. Another time I was there, the service was awful (I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes waiting for help while people were right there…I understand being busy but say something to the customer or ask a co-worker for help). Another time, the staff was great! It is pretty inconsistent. It is also really small.

Full stop. this is the best pizza of any of Peter Piper I’ve been to so far, as were the sides.
The location itself is rather small and feels crowded, especially in the rather limited arcade, but it’s well maintained and only two games were have issues at the time (which is pretty good for a place like that). There were also a few titles I’d not seen at other locations, which is a bonus.
My only major issue was that – at least in the men’s room – the changing station wasn’t indicated at all, rather it was hidden behind the door of the accessible stall. Given the small size of the place, there may not be a better location but it definitely needs a sign.

Great if you have kids. For older people like myself it atmosphere was ok. Pizza was very good!
