This is the second time that we have this problem. Either Our pizza is burnt or they don’t put enough cheese, We’ve been going to this location for a few years now and for some reason the quality has gone down. I’m not sure if it’s management that has changed but it does need improvement.

Visited the location on Zaragoza and North loop. It’s been a while since I’ve gone for the lunch buffet. Restaurant was clean and everything. Went up to pay, wasn’t sure how to redeem my free buffet on my rewards app so I began to ask how to. The cashier who didn’t greet us, never looked up or smiled made the experience a bit unpleasant and unfriendly to say the least. I believe her name was Frances? There was a co worker standing next to her who with a friendly demeanor engaged us and handed our bracelets and drinks with a smile and a thank you. If you are a manager at a store,you should definitely have a smile and a warm welcome for your customers..

On monday, my mom and I wanted to get some pizza for dinner so we got the two large pan pizzas, one pepperoni and the other extremely light bacon. When I opened the pizza box with the pepperoni, it was VERY greasy to where the box had grease on the bottom and when I tried to warm up the bacon the crust was very hard and the same thing happened the last time we tried to get pizza from this place. To simply put it: your pizzas suck!

Martin you devalue the position of being a manager at a family restaurant where we spend our hard earned money, same way you work for yours I work for mine. As for the two females with glasses cutting and handing out the pizzas (you know exactly who you are) last week you gave me 2 pizzas with hair cooked inside each one. you have terrible customer service, you respond bad to customer feed back, your faces don’t help and the quality of food you provide is to throw in the trash. Won’t be bringing my family back to this location. Staff needs improvement, tables are dirty, windows are dirty, Pizza needs improvement, management needs improvement.
