Family and I went thinking of having dinner (about 13 of us). We placed our orders and went to look for a seat to be together. Only 1 booth out of the whole restaurant was clean and available. ALL the tables, including the round ones at the front were reserved for parties.
They should leave tables available for other guests.
The manager was able to void our transactions and we left.

Bad customer service the lady that is picking up dirty dishes and cleaning the tables her name is “Betty” has a really bad customer service. My mom was waiting for a table and the lady was picking up dirty plates from the table across her my mom asked if she please can clean the table (my mom is a senior) Betty refused to do it she said that she can be in trouble if she pick up the dirty plates and clean the table for her.After that there was a couple that sat next to us and Betty was smiling and providing a good customer service and she just went and brought a plastic bag for the couple(the women looked like her may be her parents) and they started getting a lot of plates full of pizza and putting it in the plastic bag . I don’t care about the pizza I do care about the way that a senior was treated and discriminated by the lady just because the other people were her friends or family members it doesn’t make any difference my mom was a customer too. They need to train their people so they can treat everyone the same way and do not discriminate or treat different by a worker .

Oh, what can I say.. I love me some Peter Piper Pizza! Everything was good we got together with family there. Almost all the tables were reserved, but we were able to get some that weren’t. Kids had fun, family had fun, it had been a while since we’d seen each other so yeah it was a good time!

The person or assistant MGR doesn’t know how to treat the customer she wants to get the person fast she can but I don’t understand why if they need customer not to scare them. I’m not going there anymore that was in Eagle Pass Tx.
