The food is amazing. Very good sushi and it taste really amazing. Three stars goes because of the atmosphere and the prices. Since Telluride has a beautiful views, this restaurant is in the basement and I felt I was back in New York. 🙂 Also prices for sushi are much higher for similar sushi restaurants in Manhattan. But if you really crave for good sushi, you’ll get it there.

Not worth the price. The ramen we ordered was horrible, considering texture of the noodles and was flavourless. Nothing felt like genuine Japanese cuisine. Would not visit again as food quality was disappointing.

Poor quality! Especially for a higher priced restaurant! I ordered to go and when I sat down to eat barely 5 minutes after my order was ready, I was agast. The avocados on my roll were going bad, the fish did not taste even average quality (fishy odor and taste usually not present in quality fresh fish), and the roll was falling apart! Onto the ramen: the chicken in it was poor quality, overcooked, and flavorless, the broth was flavorless aswell and the noodles were an unusual texture. The kimchi was the only salvagable item, and that was the cheapest thing I ordered. My roll and ramen were around $40 and I had to toss them! I am not wealthy by any means and thought I would treat myself for once, big mistake! I can never see myself going back on my own dime, and as a local working in the service industry, I will not be reccomending it to any friends or my largely tourist customer base. Save your money and for higher quality sushi at half the price, head over to local grocery store Clarks Market. Also, I am pretty sure it gave me some low degree of food poisoning! ick!

I have had plenty sushi, and I have never had better sushi than this. The owner is wonderful, the servers and bartenders are friendly, and It has a good atmosphere. IT IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT OF ALL TIME.
