I’ve ordered from Persis several times and each time they got my order wrong. Whenever I ordered the food was always too spicy. This time I ordered and when I opened the food, all there was white rice.The actual biryani rice was at the bottom and there was literally nothing. It was so bland and had no taste. When I called them, they said it was because I ordered mild when I have the receipt that says I ordered medium. Keep calling the store to speak with manager but no one is at the store to solve our issue. The food is good but they keep messing up our order so from now on we will not be ordering from here.

The food here is tasty, spicy and authentic. They are very busy because of this, and always filled with customers dining in or taking out. Despite this, they are kind and attentive to everyone. Don’t let the crowd deter you. Staff will take care of you. They are well staffed so there doesn’t seem to be compromise on neither food taste/quality or service. Everything is served piping hot and ambience is what you might expect dining someplace in India. You know, crowded at lunchtime, variety of customers ( some loud), and always a crying baby or 2 lol. If you want authentic, tasty, and quality food then you won’t be disappointed. IMO, really nice ambience at Indian restaurants, usually means there’s a compromise in authenticity and taste of food, sadly but understandably. Sometimes you want ambience, and sometimes you just want food that reminds you of home. Order take out if ambience is an issue. You won’t be disappointed!

Food was terrible. We ordered 3 chicken biryanis medium and one veg biryani medium. When we bring the food home, we see there’s just white rice all over and it had no flavor at all. When we tried to contact the manager, the people on the phone would always say he’s not there and to take our phone number for later. it’s been 5 days and we haven’t got a call back. After this terrible costumer service, we will not be returning and if I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would.

Looking for chicken dum biryani then this is good place to try. Wow for chicken dum biryani, we have order biryani for fourth time and guess no change in taste and quality. This time we order for tray as last three time we have good experience and no disappointment. We enjoyed the taste. Rice was so good soft and chicken had those masala flavor and very tender. Definitely recommended. you can try all Indian foods you will not regret. Keep it up guys same standards. Don’t order Haleem here never tasted like Thai type even you can make your own at home it lot better.

The food was really amazing. There are many varieties in the buffet especially the mushroom masala was top notch. I really enjoyed the food and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Overall I recommend this place if you want to taste the authentic indian food.
