I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality. The ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant, relaxing, and well maintained, which made the overall dining experience even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to the service boy Kven, who was very polite, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. He made sure we were comfortable and took great care of our table. His friendly attitude really added to the experience.

I live in a part or Virginia that has very few Indian options so every time I’m in Piscataway visiting family Persis is at the top of the list. Never disappoints, each time the food is delicious. Butter chicken and garlic naan is a beautiful combination.
This time around I added Chicken 65 to the mix and the flavor/spice was beautiful. Also, the amount of chicken in the dish is staggering considering it’s an appetizer. I had three separate servings over the following days

Spicy boneless chicken biryani is nice. They modify the spice to your liking. Medium spice is spicy enough for me. Ordered for takeout and it was quick! They have seating for dining in as well.

Ordered biryani from Persis today.. Nothing against to this restaurant But I feel like quality of biryani significantly gone down these days. Upon receiving my order after 15 mins delay, opened boxes, and top layer of biryani looked good but rest of the layers completely over cooked and felt like eating bisibelabath with not much chicken in it. Look at the pictures attached.

My absolute FAVORITE place to get Biryani. The spices are perfect. I prefer the most spicy with boneless chicken and it is so flavorful. The chicken is cooked perfectly. The rice is amazing. It’s just all-around the best I’ve had. The staff is great as well. Very friendly and a great environment. This is my go-to spot for lunch when I’m at work. Sometimes I’ll even drive the 20-25 minutes to pick it up on my days off. It’s that good. And you can’t go wrong pairing it with a Mango Lassi. It’s the perfect compliment and it’s absolutely delicious and on point (I’m a self-described Mango snob. It’s my favorite fruit and flavor, so when I say it’s delicious, I mean it). I’ll continue to come and you should do yourself a favor and come taste how amazing this place is!
