Came here for breakfast while staying in Teton Village and WOW! I love this spot!! I ordered the avocado tartine with scrambled eggs- it was so flavorful! The ricotta/avocado was delicious and I loved the pickled cucumbers. I also ordered a hazelnut latte which was SO good. Very nutty in flavor and not too sweet. There were the cutest gifts available… lots of cute Valentines Day treats and gorgeous pottery. Plenty of seating, as people were constantly in and out. Would love to come back!

Such a cute bakery/breakfast place.
This was the strawberry rhubarb pastry. Our lattes were great! Was hungry and forgot to take pics of the breakfast sandwiches we got. I ordered the egg and ham croissant and it was tasty! Would go back again.

Persephone is a lovely place with beautiful decor.
The service was good and the food was delicious. It’s a popular spot, so you might have to wait a bit for your coffee or meal, but it’s definitely worth it.
I had a great experience and would gladly come back.

Pure joy. Lovely seating inside and outside, quickly serving bar and kitchen, welcoming and professional personal. And food – is something you can’t miss if you in the area. Tasty, freshly made and truly delightful.

Persephone is a gem! They have an amazing variety of pastries that are both delicious and beautifully made. Their breakfast options are fresh and full of flavor – perfect for a quick bite or a cozy meal. And the coffee? So good! You can tell they really care about quality here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Incredible. The James Beard award was well earned. The only things I didn’t absolutely love were the lunch options – tomato soup was pretty salty, as were the fries. But breakfast, coffee, and every single baked good has been literally perfect. I’ve eaten 2/3 of the breakfast menu and would recommend every item I’ve had. Go here if you’re in the Aspens area

Wow this place was amazing!!!
The interior is so cute- I’m obsessed.
We ordered a quiche and a ham and cheese croissant. Both were delicious. Also a pumpkin pie latte- one of the better lattes I’ve ever had.
Everything was so good we got another ham and cheese croissant and a cinnamon brioche to-go.
Highly recommend

This place is so amazing. The food is delicious. I honestly don’t feel like delicious even is suitable to describe how good it is…maybe scrumptious. Everything is so fresh. The croissants are crunchy, flaky, but yet soft. The carrot cake bread is hearty and moist. The avocado toast is to perfection and the candied waffles with the citrus ricotta is something for royalty. We went back again today (2 days in a row), if that tells you how good it is. We got the ham and cheese on a baguette and the key lime croissant. Dare I say, we will be back again tomorrow. To find a place that is consistently extraordinary day after day is a rarity. Whether you are a local or passing through town, don’t pass this place without stopping in for a delectable treat.

Dropped 140 on lunch. 20% tip; all they do is drop food at your table.

Asked for a slice of bread to finish my jam. The toast I’d gotten w my entrée was a bit small

server called the manager. Manager told me to order toast, for five bucks. (Before tax and tip of course)
I like this place but come on
