I thought the food was really good and our waitress did a good job. On the other hand I’m unsure how signing up via email or text to perks rewards gets you 20% off. I signed up both ways and never got my coupon.I’m cheap so…if i see coupons im all for it.

Pretty average. It’s the Perkins you get anywhere else in WI. It’s either hit or miss with great service. I think anyone’s food would taste a lot better it the service had more quality. Often the servers at this Perkins are young and new, so I give it to them that they’re trying. Food is good. My simple soup n sandwich was good. 1 star for missing because twice it has happened where when I ordered the shrimp pasta, I was told ” sorry we’re out of that” and I moved onto the next item and was denied again until I picked out a 4th thing to eat… yes that has happened twice.. and not even in the same month. Another star missing because they really can upgrade their bathrooms .

Worst perkins I have ever been to!!! HORRIBLE!!! I wish you could see the videos of the food..the eggs were raw!!! The hash browns not cooked..then they sent some others out that were all greasy… I normally love perkins…

This pains me to write this review as we have always loved Perkins for breakfast, but this last time we went it was awful. First of all they were not busy, we were only the 3rd table filled in the whole place. The restaurant was disgusting and dirty. We noticed above us there was a ceiling tile with a big hole in it that looked ready to fall at any time. The greeter who seats us seemed to be on another planet like a zombie, once seated the only bright part of our experience was our waitress, she was nice and did a good job took our order but then the order took forever, and remember they were not busy at all for the crowds I normally see in there. When the order arrived it was quite unappealing. My wife was so grossed out that she couldn’t eat hers. I ate mine reluctantly, but it was very blah and the proportions seemed to have shrunk drastically. My son got pancakes and bacon, again didn’t taste as good as I remember even smothered in syrup. I only ever went to Perkins for their breakfasts and now I won’t be returning because it was so bad.The whole experience was just nasty. I’m hoping it was just this particular Perkins, but after talking with other people they were saying how bad their Perkins experience was at other Perkins restaurants as well. So disappointing.

Very slow. Did get seated right away. Once we ordered it took way to long to get our salads, probably 15 minutes. When we finally got our food, it was good. Mine was just a sliver of the fish the picture showed. Perkins has always been my favorite, and I don’t mind waiting for good/great food. This was so bad in many ways. Never again.

Careful, food does not come as you see it on menu. French toast was dry and tasted like nothing. Manager came to table said he’d take care of it. Omelette and breakfast potatoes we not as good as the last Perkins we ate at. Kinda ordinary. Waitress was attentive. When we went to pay manager changed his mind and wanted to just give 20% off. We offered to pay for one meal, he got flustered and said no charge. Really, why would you pay for a bad meal that you had them take back?

I hate giving negative reviews, but sometimes they are warranted. My wife and daughter took me to two other restaurants on Father’s Day morning, both were jam packed with people so we ended up at Perkins.
Now, it was Father’s Day so we expected it to be a bit slow… But not this sloooow! After we got seated, which took less time than I thought it would, we waited 10 minutes to even get a server to stop long enough to let us know she’d bring us coffee in a bit and take our order.
I noticed the staff seemed slow and a bit grumpy that morning and my first thought was they all seemed hungover. The very first thing our waitress did when she finally showed up with our coffee was apologize for being so slow ‘she hadn’t gotten to bed until early that morning, out drinking with friends’. Great to hear, very professional…
We had our orders ready, having had plenty of time to peruse the menu. We put in our order and that was the last we saw of our waitress for 50 minutes! I went up once to speak to someone at the front desk, after the first 30 minutes, and there was no one there.
When our food finally arrived, we thought our day was at last going to turn around. Oh, no it wasn’t! One order was wrong, my daughter has a mild dairy allergy and her stack of pancakes was slathered with whipped cream and half the food on my plate was actually inedible. My wife, the smartest of our lot, had ordered a fruit plate and could eat most of her meal. Salvaging what we could, we ate and got out of there as fast as we could.
Oh yeah, I saved the best for last. When i went up to pay for this travesty of a breakfast the manager was there and I told him of our experience. His response was brilliant, and I quote ‘next time you’re here make sure you let them know about this and I’m sure they can do something for you’. AS IF THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME!
Don’t eat here! I gave them two stars because I hate when people give one star, it makes me suspicious and I don’t read the review.

Waitress didn’t even greet us, just asked if we were ready to order. Brought bill with the food. Manager that seated us was pleasant enough. Food was boring. I doubt that we will be back. There are too many unique independent restaurants in the area that actually want my business.

A group of women that walked in at the same time as myself and two 9 year olds and were seated right next to us ordered, ate, paid and left before we ever got our food (kids each had pancakes and eggs, I had a muffin). I’m guessing it was the manager that walked around happily checking on every table that skipped right by our corner table and continued checking on all other tables, but that was nothing compared to our waitress almost completely ignoring our existence the entire time. It was an awful experience. Same 9 year old went to the same Perkins with their grandparents 2 weeks after the fact and had just as awful of a time and wants to never go back, I agree with the child. We won’t be wasting our money here again.
