Food was standard, nothing exceptional, they have a good deal on the classic burger, $9.99 with a slice of pie. The skillets were small in portion size but tasted good. Our server was overwhelmed but she made sure to check on us. We would go again.

Was in a couple weeks ago, food took forever and people who came in after us received their food first. When we finally got food, it was mostly terrible – my blueberry pancakes were burnt and smaller than the kids pancakes while also only having 3 blueberries clustered in the middle. Tracked down the server and they remade 2 of the 3 pancakes for me (to make up for the smallness but they didn’t want to actually redo the whole thing?). Those weren’t burnt but still only 3-4 blueberries kinds spread out. After waiting over an hour and a half for our poorly cooked food, they didn’t offer anything to make up for it. My partner had to say something at checkout and they refused to say sorry or acknowledge anything, just saying over and over that everyone had bad days… which is true but not no apologies or acknowledgment of what happened isn’t good customer service. They did give a 20% discount (paltry considering most of the food only got half eaten and we wasted hours there and missed another event before of the time delay), but I would have been ok with that if they actually tried to make the experience better at all or apologized. We talked to several people throughout, including what appeared to be managers. Things do happen, but this is one of the few times I feel like I’ve truly walked into a restaurant and they did not care at all. It’s worth the drive to just go to the other Perkins in town, we’re regulars there and when they have a bad day, they don’t pass it on to their customers.

John was our waiter. He was handling all the tables. (Around 3-4 pm on a weekdayI think) Not all in one area but scattered around. He had a great attitude and personality.

Service was exceptional! We had to wait a long time for our food due to low staffing, but the waiter made up for it with a choice of desserts. I ended up getting the sticky bun, and it was delicious. My pancakes were burnt, but my waiter apologized and brought out some that were fresh and soft. My omelet was also very dry. I would definitely go back and try again just because the staff that did show up was simply fabulous!

Monday night I visited this Perkins and was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, not to mention the incredible food. I was served by Kianna. She was a delightful server who checked in with me periodically but not overbearingly. I ate the French toast platter and my food was hot and perfectly cooked.. In addition, I had a coupon for free pie and the Wildberry pie with ice cream was over the top. I will definitely be back and invite my friends too thank you Perkins.

We walked in and were greeted immediately with a friendly smile and welcome, the music was delightful and our server Sheena was amazing as usual. The eggs Benedict is always awesome great flavor best sauce on an eggs Benedict. I went to use the men’s bathroom and it was very clean the Perkins crew takes great pride in there restaurant. Good, great fabulous my wife and I highly recommend Perkins on the west end of billings

Wow! Haven’t been here for a while. It was sad. One meal was 6 oz steak, mashed potatoes and green beans. This meal could have fit on a coffee cup saucer! The steak was not seasoned, nor cooked correctly. One ice cream scoop of both potatoes and green beans. Another meal was cheeseburger, and fries and pie. Counted 12 fries. Hamburger was not cooked through. Pie was good. 5 other meals were all mediocre. Used to be great getting food worth the price but not now.

We got sat in about 15 minutes. The host got our drinks, and our waiter came shortly after to take our order. And then we waited.. and waited… It was about 30-45 minutes before our food came out. Once it did, we got refills on our drinks, and then that was it.
We got our own box for leftovers and went to the counter to pay. Our waiter came and gave us the ticket without a word. He seemed to have comped us an order of pancakes, but I’m not sure and wasn’t going to say anything after the service we got. I don’t know what’s going on here, but I wouldn’t go on a Sunday morning again.

We are out of town guests and since our Perkins closed we were excited to stop at one. What an experience. We had Sheena as our server. Talk about amazing. She is very astute, friendly and genuine. She didn’t miss a beat. We were checked on constantly and never needed to wait for her to come around. The food was cooked perfectly and plentiful. The only reason for not leaving a full five stars is the restrooms were disgusting. All in all I would highly recommend this Perkins.
