Absolutely awful experience. Stopped for a nice non-fast food meal while traveling. Service was SO slow and forgot half of my food. Check out the photo- you will see the drinks are mostly empty and was never asked if I wanted a refill. Took about 40 minutes to get the food and server said my pancakes would be a few minutes. Sadly- it was over 25 minutes before she returned and forgotten the rest of my food. Was bringing my bill and not the food. Hot chocolate was weak and like warm. Husbands food was a 5/10 he said. Mine was 3/10 for the part I had. Would never return to this restaurant and a long time before I would try this franchise again. We ate breakfast for dinner and it was about 6:45pm when we arrived and left at 8:45pm. Not impressed. I recommend another spot in this cute town of Little Falls MN.

Food was warm not hot most likely because it is cold in there, transporting it from kitchen to table probably cooled it off a lot.

Bathrooms are disgusting no tp, one of the soap dispensers empty toilets themselves need cleaning on the backside of the seat and around the toilet itself, oThey were only open for 4 hrs so this should have been done before they closed on the previous day or checked right away this a.m. before they opened especially the tp and soap. Have brought this up many times to manager about the bathrooms.
The phone number changed around 2 months ago and still shows old number on website and facebook page so no way to call in an order. I eat here 2-3 times a week and usually good food but today was bad especially the tp issue -no excuse for this

Nice and quiet and not busy, but the food was the worst I’ve ever had at a Perkins restaurant. It was my birthday today and wanted to go out to eat. Figured I’d drive here since my girlfriend has never been to Perkins before. What a mistake.. Now she never wants it again, and I don’t blame her. Food was burned and over cooked, but served barely warm. Butter wouldn’t melt all the way on my pancakes. Just a horrible experience overall and we drove from Onamia to come eat here which made it even worse.

Extremely poor customer service. We waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and seated. I can only imagine how long the gentleman ahead of us had been waiting. The staff appeared short-staffed and overwhelmed, but there was no apology or friendly acknowledgment of the delay.

Though we were told in advance there was only 1 cook and having a table of 5 would take a little longer, we were very disappointed in watching multiple tables get served, eat their food and tables cleared before we even had our food delivered. Once we did get our food, there was so much pepper added to the eggs and fries that they were not edible. My mom sent hers back as she does Not like pepper. She asked first what the black dots were since normally Perkins does not season (salt or pepper) their food, so it was unusual. When asked to remake the meal, the server took it, walked away, and never came back. The manager came out to our table and scolded us for making the server cry. We didn’t know she was crying or why she was crying. He told us she had a long day and that we shouldn’t take our frustration out on her.
First, asking to have food remade that was not correct and had already taken more than an hour to come to our table was not rude or taking frustration out on her. Secondly, the “manager” scolding patrons of the restaurant when we only asked for a meal to be remade without pepper was not only out of line, but unnecessary. With how long everything was taking, we were going to leave and go eat somewhere else, but decided to stick it out. Honestly, this was probably the worst service we’re received at this Perkins.
By the time the omelet was reserved, everyone else was done eating and it was taken to go.

I’m only here once every couple months, but they seem to always do a great job with breakfast.
The servers are always prompt and courteous.

Waitress blew me off, her loss as I generally leave a 5 dollar tip for a 12 dollar meal. Service was short and abrupt.
Food, don’t know if I’ll be back. Meat loaf dinner not bad to eat but the appearance was atrocious. Mash potatoes with meatloaf set on top then crushed with spoon of gravy and 5 sprigs of Is asparagus.

I was a server for years and I feel like I have enough experience to review this place . if I worked here, I would have better coordination among the wait staff and kitchen staff. I would also look into the cleaning of the place is very minimal or half assed . And why everyone seems to care very little about the customers experience . The wait time to get sat down and to have the food at our table usually takes at least an hour even on super slow days. I think the food is overpriced for the quality and quantity of it. The food is very bland.

Update
I went in wanting to place an order to go.
I was met and sat down faster than usual but they only had two table.
I asked for a coffee right away and the waitress came with it . The waitress didn’t have a smile or anything to offer and honestly looked annoyed with me. After I ordered when she brought me my bill a lot of things were wrong and I had to get up to show what I believe was the manager and fix it. He was nice . After that I sat down and she came around again and said they were out of a certain kind of kids meal . She asked me if I wanted a different one or a refund on that one meal with attitude. She honestly seemed so annoyed at my presence . And I did nothing but smile and was very understanding of the things that was going on with my order. After that I finally get my meal and get home and they forgot my soup. So I came back for it and got it. But with nothing to make up for the mess ups and then also having to drive back for the rest of my meal. Ontop of all of that the booth I was at was filthy. I took photos as well.
I work in waitressing and I just can’t believe all of that. I am very understanding but this wasn’t acceptable. It was hard to take the photos and hard to see but there is food, and drink on the table and the back of the booth. And Ik it was recently been attended to because when I sat down it was wet from a rag . So it was half assed.
