The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food quality, in my opinion, was about a 3 out of 5, but the drinks were really good. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The burger was pretty cold, and the meat was way too compact, lacking both juiciness and flavor. The fries were dry, and the homemade lemonade was overly sweet. On the bright side, the presentation was lovely, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. I just wish they’d focus more on the most important part: the food.

Tasty and unique burgers at a good price if ordered as a menu. The side dishes, including the salads are also great.

The hamburger was very delicious and hearty, the atmosphere is already great, beautifully decorated. The cocktails are delicious, but very lightly alcoholic.

Burgers: As a whole they are average. The main thing that let us down are the patties. They are very thin and completely overdone, there is nothing juicy about the burgers at this place. The sourdough bun was suprisingly ok on the other side.
The fries: Definitely choose the sweet potato fries (there is a price difference of 1.4€) over regular fries since those are really thick and not as good.
The drinks: I would avoid lemonades since they are really sweet, go for the refreshers instead.
General: Nice staff, interesting ambient. Not the cleanest restaurant though. If you go for the lunch or dinner menu – reasonable price, but far from being cheap. I would reccomend other, much better burger places in Ulm near this place.

Food always taste good, they have options for Vegetarian. Drink options are great, we like there mango mint.Just like food i can say the service is exceptional, people are always smiling and asking if we need anything which i find rare in other places.

Very beautiful and atmospheric place, but not at all delicious burgers, which is very disappointing, because the restaurant specializes in burgers. We waited a long time to make an order, and then waited a long time to get the bill. The order was made and brought quickly.

We were really hungry and we got two burgers and big fries
It took almost 30 minutes just to get our stuff (even tho they told us it’s gonna take 20 minutes) and when we opened the burgers they were both burned without any vegetables inside (luckily we had some veggies at home) the bread was dry and the Pommes were burnt but at least we got a lot of them so there was something to eat
For spending almost 40€ that was really devastating and we will recommend to never do takeaway there (I hope when you eat there it’s maybe better)

I’m honestly puzzled by the glowing reviews I’ve read before coming here, because my experience has been nothing like that. The place is messy and unclean — I’ve seen cockroaches in the hallway and even in the restroom. . Makes me wonder how the rest looks like.
When I mentioned the roaches to the staff they shrugged it off and said they know it but the boss doesn’t care.
I’ve tried to give this restaurant multiple chances, because I believe anyone can have a bad day, but unfortunately it always been the same. The food is okay, but the atmosphere and service really let it down. The staff seemed uninterested and are often outside smoking. Especially one man made my stays very unpleasant.
If you’re just looking for a decent meal and can sit outside, you might be fine — but for me, the overall experience just isn’t worth it.
