Our server Veronica R was amazing, she made sure everything was great, very attentive and make sure the customers are having a great time.
The food was hot and delicious.

They are awesome, we normally go on Saturday evenings. Janine is very nice, always aware of who might need what, as well as making sure the food is what you expected. She is always making sure that everything is picked up and taken care of and where it belongs.
Heath is normally there on Fridays, and he is in kitchen, helping the servers as needed, and reaching out if anybody needs anything. He also is very much aware of how the atmosphere is clean, and welcoming. I love this atmosphere, there are not many places that make you feel like we’re friends and important to them.

The Monticello location is wonderful! I stopped in for breakfast and some quiet reading, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly and seated me right away. My server was excellent—attentive, discreet, and kept my drinks full while I enjoyed my book (ear plugs in for extra focus). I wish I had caught her name—she did a fantastic job.
I had a coffee and a $5.99 breakfast around 10 a.m., and everything was perfect. When I left, the lady who checked me out was friendly and attentive.

This place has plenty of parking. Excellent atmosphere. A waitress came immediately once we chose a place to sit. After ordering maybe a 12 minute wait for brunch order. At the time the place was 1/2 full. Was super impressed with keeping the restroom clean and HOT WATER! I’d eat here again if in the area.

My daughter and I had stopped in for dinner tonight, our server was a sweetheart and the manager is awesome! They were absolutely wonderful with my daughter(it’s a family place and it shows!) I was having a tough day coming in there and after being in this establishment with their staff and their regulars I left feeling very grateful and blessed that there are such kind people in this world!! We will 100% be back!

After a long day at work, came home to enjoy my takeout order and I find this in the soup. If you had chicken noodle soup from this Perkins today, just know that they make their soups in one big batch for the day. I called and asked. Disgusting.

We absolutely adored our server, Gina!! One of those servers that makes you WANT to return just in hopes to get her! Rockstar service ✨️ And kudos to the cook, who flipped my hash hashbrowns over to get them crispy on both sides. After a day of ice fishing and cleaning fish, I’ll admit I just wasn’t up for cooking (although love to), and beyond happy we chose this location. Thank you, Gina! We’ll see you again soon.
