Tonight my family and I went to dinner around 430pm it wasnt very busy and we haven’t been there in a long time as the last time we didn’t have the best experience. However tonight we had a great experience. The best round of food we have ever had there. The burgers were cooked perfectly, they were juicy. My fiance and I both agree that since the last time we were there things have definitely improved. Cleaner all around, great service as we never had to search for her, the food came out very quickly and perfectly cooked.. Great Job definitely will be going back.

It was a warm winter day outside, and it was like Key West at our table. The vents blow right at the tables. We moved to the opposite side of the restaurant were we found less heat and less vents blowing Florida type air.
The food, service, and prices were average. It was quiet and an easy place to talk with friends.

We went for dinner on Nov 11 and arrived at 6 PM. It appear there were only 2 people working in the dining room. There was around 10 to 15 tables in the restaurant. A customer was at the front to pay his bill, but had a complaint about his food. The server was listening to the issue he had, when the manager asked if she needed any help. The server let the manager take over the conversation with the guest who had an issue. He started to tell her about it and the whole time he was talking she was entering an order on a handheld device. After several minutes, she looked at the customer and said she was swamped and rudely ask if he wanted his meal comped, he said ok and she said done. We decided the store was too busy to accommodate us so we left. New management but same level of service. Very dissatisfied.
Update: The General Manager called me and we had a very good conversation about the issue. After the call, I feel my issue will be addressed and hopefully resolved.

My husband and I were frequent customers for many years, but stopped going. Our experiences with the staff wasn’t welcoming and we started to feel as if they didn’t care about US – the customer!!
It took forever to get our food, and we couldn’t even find our server to even ask where our meals were.
Worst customer service!!!
Our neighbors recently mentioned that they had visited for a late lunch and were VERY impressed with the obvious changes.
They said a new GM, named Melissa clearly changed the whole experience
We went! I was a server for many years, and I have certain expectations, — I’ll be the first to admit that I am not easy to wait on. With that being said,. we were immediately impressed with the welcoming aura as we walked in
We were promptly greeted, led to our table, even had a bit of a chat
Come to find out that it was Melissa, the new GM my neighbor spoke of
The place has made such a great turn around!
We will definitely be back!

I’ve always appreciated Perkins, they’ve been a part of many special moments. Dating my husband, we’d meet at Perkins to enjoy a salad and some refreshments and sit and talk for hours. During the pandemic they were very short staffed and made the best of everything, when they finally opened I was completely elated! I see people complaining about bad staff, bad service, and the I’m on a yours behind these bad reviews was right in the heart of the pandemic and should have been more thoughtful before trying to blemish this wonderful establishment that is brought so many people so many memories, and one great point is they have stuck it out through all this and never gave up on us! Thank you Perkins for being loyal to your patrons and doing the best you can while navigating all the setbacks.

Was there last week for the first time in about 5 years. Had to wait to be seated because no hostess in site. After seated took at least 5 minutes for a server. We ordered coffee and it took almost 10 minutes to get it. Server did apologize .We ordered and the food was delivered in a timely manor. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, bacon and a 2 pancakes. All was good except my eggs had eggshells in at least 3 bites. Our server never came back to check on us to see if everything was ok. My thoughts are they were short on help?

Usually a nice place to eat with my SO. Sometimes the food has minor issues but generally really good. They don’t mess up orders for the most part and the servers are genuinely nice and helpful.

Thought we would give Perkins another try under their new management. Same wait to be seated. Same high prices. They had signs up advertising all their specials that had turkey in them. When I ordered the special Monte Cristo Flip I was told they were out of turkey. Lunchtime on a Saturday and you are out of the main ingredient in your specials. That is not a good sign for new management.
