Absolutely awful, all the way around. I, my husband and child came in around 9:30 this morning. There were about 4 other tables seated- not busy at all. We waited 10 minutes after being seated for our waitress to greet us, and another 10 minutes for her to bring coffee. I ordered my bacon to be extra crispy, and they brought me wiggly bacon- see photo. While dropping the food off, the manager set down the plates and walked away as quickly as possible. They did not bring syrup for our French toast and waffle. They did not ask if we needed anything (we did) and when I spoke up to request extra napkins and a small plate for my toddler, the manager with freshly dyed red hair didn’t even stop to listen, just kept walking and waved us like “yeah whatever”. Incredibly rude- especially from a manager. He then proceeded to chit chat with someone for a few minutes while slowly organizing menus, which was more important than getting us a plate so we can begin eating. So I asked again and he told us we needed to wait longer. Who says that to their customers??? The food we were served was so lukewarm the butter didn’t even begin to melt. My husband had to then get up and ask for syrup. As a pregnant woman with a toddler, I was very upset with both the speed and the service, and to receive cold food on top of it was the kicker. After being there for an hour and being treated like we were a bother, we decided to not eat there and had to leave. We have had decent experiences at Perkins in the past, but this was totally unacceptable.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, everything was fantastic at this Perkins! We have become regulars for a reason! Elaine, our favorite server is top notch and knows what she is doing! She is always friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient.

Kimber was our server and she was so friendly, kind and patient with all of us! She’s a gem!
The food was great, served in a timely manner. We ordered everything from grilled salmon to Chicken Tenders to Shrimp Hibachi. It was delicious!

The waiter Elayne at Perkins was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was taken care of the entire time. Our drinks were always refilled quickly, the food came out hot, and they checked in just enough without being intrusive. Their positive attitude made the meal more enjoyable, and overall the service really stood out.

Elaine was amazing as always. What is super sad is she is always the only server when we are there and it’s not okay that Perkins does this to her. This time there was only one cook as well. They both did a wonderful job. Elaine was so positive and and professional and even funny, but you could tell she was sad that Perkins let her down this way with the staffing. The food was fantastic! Please make sure Elaine gets the praise, compensation, and also the fairness of having a TEAM to work alongside her.

This is your average Perkins but Elayne is what makes this place stand out; she’s one of the store managers/server. I really only go on the days she works. Been there a past few times and she wasn’t around, but she was there tonight and it reminded me of why I go to this location vs the one closer to my house. She’s amazing, my kids love her, and it’s always a fun time! Make sure you request Elayne when you go. One person to avoid is Josh. Rude and aloof.

Had Thanksgiving Dinner her tonight! My mom and Aunt (walker and wheelchair) and I were able to enjoy dinner together and had a wonderful waitress(blonde dreds) she was absolutely wonderful! She was running ragged and yet was so nice! Thank you again for great food and great service!

We stopped in for dinner Mon night about 6:30pm. when seated we were informed they were short staffed and food could take 30-45 minutes. food took about 30 minutes. Elayne waitress, Cullen Cook did a great job being they were the only 2 on staff. And I would like the 2 of them to be recognized for doing a great job under adverse circumstances, hats off to a job well done!

We have gone to this Perkins twice this month. And Kathy has been our server both times. She does an amazing job – super friendly and helpful. Josh is also very friendly and welcoming too. We will definitely be back!
