Walked in the restaurant , being my first time didn’t know what to expect. The ladies looked at me like I was a stranger felt uncomfortable.

Our family met here on Christmas day. There are obviously not very many places open on Christmas day, so they were very busy. However, they did an amazing job managing their wait list and keeping folks updated. The servers and all of the staff were outstanding and we made sure to leave a nice Christmas tip. We so appreciate them showing up to work in a major Holiday to help make our families’ Christmas special. ❤️

Huge turn around at this location past months. People are super nice and service is fast. Still don’t know how to cook an over medium egg but forgivable. Ordered Holiday Meal for Thanksgiving and it was fantastic. Turkey, ham, stuffing, vegetables etc., and 2 pies. Great food and we didn’t have the work or mess to clean up. This has become a regular stop for my wife and I. Keep it up Perkins Team Members…..you’re doing great.

Ate here on a Saturday, food was fine, about the standard Perkins quality. However, our server was not having a good day, and was negative. Once I observed her attitude, I looked around wondering what was going on. It looked like our server was also acting as manger, dealing with staffing issues and more customers than she could handle. My gut reaction was they didn’t have enough staff to handle demand.
We came back on Labor Day. The waiting area was full, but no host was present. After waiting several minutes for a host, a member of our party asked for the host. At that point she was told that only one cook had showed up, and he had more orders than he could handle. They would not be seating more customer for the next several hours. At that point everyone in the waiting left, upset, because no one had bothered to communicate the situation and instead had just left them wait.

Can definitely tell this place is under new and better management! Our server, Carmen, was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and served piping hot. We’ll definitely be back!

The omelette I ordered had some weird, nasty brown liquid in it. My food looked like someone sat on the plate and flattened my dinner. I will give them a HIGH 5 for scattering my fried potatoes around on the plate so it looked like the plate was full. I have went here for over 30 yrs. I will not be returning. Eat at your own risk !!!
