We recently visited this Perkins location and I want to start by saying the wait staff was absolutely wonderful. You could tell they were a bit short-staffed during our visit, which led to longer wait times, but the staff remained friendly, attentive, and did their best. There also weren’t many people in the restaurant at the time, so we appreciated their effort even more.
I ordered the Frisco melt with fries. It was okay overall — nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The sandwich was pretty bland and lacked seasoning, so I ended up dipping it in ranch to add flavor. The fries, however, were hot and fresh.
My wife ordered the shrimp and rice skillet, and unfortunately this was disappointing. The skillet itself was completely cold to the touch, which is unusual since these dishes are normally served piping hot and sizzling. Her food was also bland and cold, which took away from the experience.

Really disappointed with my order today. I was looking forward to country fried steak after a long 12-hour night shift, but it was hard, burnt, and barely had any gravy. It honestly tasted reheated in the microwave. This will be my last time ordering.

First time having been at this Perkins, I will definitely be back. Jody and Brooke were wonderful! Very caring making sure the order was correct. The food was prepared very good and we actually had a hot meal, not lukewarm. Jody was fun to talk with while she was taking our order. Brooke took time to check on all the customers orders to make sure everything was fine. She was very nice to talk with.

We always go here twice a week . On Wednesday we had a coupon buy one get one meal free that they offer . We usually do the coupon a couple times a month at this establishment. When I showed the middle age white lady wearing glasses with short curly hair, my coupon, she ignored it on my phone and rang up my bill. She said she gave me 20% discount on the register. My bill went from $36 to $31 lol. Then with the tip I added went to $38. We live three miles from here. Don’t think I will be going to this location for a good while. Many other Perkins in Florida I also always visit . This place was great until this occurred. I don’t think you should offer coupons if you don’t wish to honor them.. the food the service is great .. our very nice waitress was really working .unfortunately she was the only waitress in our area. They have been very short staffed for a while.

Surprisingly their steak was excellent with the garlic butter sauce. Haven’t been to Perkins in years but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and nice restaurant, the waitress was excellent friendly and fast service. The food was hot fresh and delicious. I would definitely return to try more food.

Crystal was amazing! It was our first time at Perkins, and she made us feel so welcome. She was super knowledgeable, kind, and professional, knew the whole menu, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back – she’s the reason! Wish more servers were like her; the world would be a better place. Highly recommend this place if you want a great meal in a comfy atmosphere. Thanks, Crystal! So glad we met you.
