We are senior citizens, we don’t have a lot of extra money. Since my husband has been diagnosed with brain cancer we have been trying to go out for meals, something we haven’t done in our 49 years of marriage very often. Today we went to Perkins, on TV it looks so good. What a disappointment!!! It was terrible! Never again. Should have went to Eddies where we know we can get a good meal. Not trying to get our money back. Like Judge Judy says, if you ate the steak, you pay for the steak!!! Service was Great!! No wonder there was no one there & Eddies is crowded. Cost us 28.00!!! Yes I left a 20% tip even though we hated it.
Guess I should of said what we hated about the food. My omelet, egg whites were separating around the omelet. Had yellow cheese on top with a few pieces of sausage. Kind of looked like something my dog spit up. I just moved the egg whites to the side, yuck & ate it
My husband had hash browns that looked not all the way cooked & were taste less. White bread that probably cost 1.00 a loaf. For that price you would think you got better bread. Egg was not cooked all the way. Egg whites separating

We had a party in the banquet room with 48 people!! The waitresses were so professional and friendly!! The food was well prepared and came out in a timely manner for the amount of people. I can’t say enough what a great experience we had.

I rated the food a 2 because it is usually a 2, but the night before last it was a 0 because I didn’t get any. I tried to place an Uber order and it was canceled due to an error on the merchant’s side. Uber told me to call Perkins to fix it, which I have had to do with other companies. However when I called Perkins, the worker said “I don’t know how to do anything about that.” So I said “can you please get your manager?” Her response, “I don’t know where she is.” I responded “she must be in the building somewhere.” She then walked around yelling for her manager until she found her ( she was carrying the cordless phone with her). Her manager told her she wasn’t going to fix that right now. So I asked to speak directly with the manager. I could hear the manager refuse to take the call. So I said, “please ask the manager to talk to me or give me her name so I can let the daytime managers know who is losing the company money.” The manager told the employee to tell me her name is Brianna. So, this post is so suggest with sincerity that Perkins in Mansfield, PA relieve this Brianna from the job she refuses to do. Work avoidance is not a good color on anyone.

Food was terrible. I ordered turkey dinner. The stuffing was hard and mashed potatoes had a funny taste. My husband ordered chicken tenders and fries with gravy on the fries. Tenders had a foul taste and gravy tasted burnt. The service was good.
