Clean and quite place but very bland food. Nice looking spot with potential however no flavor. ☹️ Disappointing. Had the Wednesday taco special and the taco hardly had any meat in it. I get it times are tough but be fair, especially considering the price. I wanted to substitute the drink with a beer and got a very rude NO. Coke only. I do not recommend visiting. Sorry. Waste of my $17

Family feel, love ladies running a place. Super friendly. $15.50 two tacos, tostada and a drink. Tacos tasted great, salsa fab. Little bit skimpy on the taco fillings for $4 a taco. But honestly worth the stop.

Five stars for a nice sit down fast-food restaurant. We had the daily special yesterday which was the 3 tostadas w rice and beans and a drink. There was a bean tostada, one w guacamole and one w potatoes and meat. My faves were the meat and the bean tostadas. I scooped the guacamole off the other one and put it on the other two, it was a perfect combo.
The restaurant is open and clean and had plenty of seating. The staff is very friendly and patient, and the food came out quick and was a reasonable price for all the food we were served. My husband also ordered a single chicken taco and enjoyed that as well.

I’ve always loved Pericos. I just don’t understand why they moved their Yale location right by the air port. Also, the girl who processed my payment took the liberty of bypassing my pin on the card machine without my consent, not cool. Don’t touch the machine while I’m about to pay especially when I’m paying $30 for tacos.

I was really concerned with the new location, I went to UNM for many years and Pericos was always my go to for lunch, but now it has moved, and I was worried it wouldn’t be the same… I, fortunately, was wrong, this place is still amazing! I love getting the 6 pack of tacos, and the salsa you get is always on point! The bean burritos and everything else on the menu has always been the best! So happy they didn’t just close, they only moved, and from what I can tell, am even better spot, although it’s some distance from UNM now… something really needs to happen with the decay of Central, but that is another story.

Food is ok service sucks. I work a few blocks away so it a nice walk and a good get away from work. This is the 2nd time I have been here and always order to eat inside. I dont want to walk back to work holding my food. This also the 2nd time the make my order to go and just throw on my table and walk away…last time I will be going here.

I stay at the Best Western on Yale when I visit ABQ. To my surprise, on my August visit I discovered Pericos right across the street. My only suggestion for them is to turn down the video screen so patrons can talk easily. It was soaring the whole time I was inside.
The menu is diverse and the food excellent. Large portions, too. I visited again and few weeks later and tried a new dish which was equally fine.

Periods needs to step up the tacos. I had three different flavors, sort of all tasted the same. Eat tacos all over town every Tuesday (Taco Tuesday). Pretty average here.
