This place never misses! We absolutely love Perenn in Franklin. From breakfast to lunch to coffee runs, everything we’ve tried has been exceptional.
The lemon ricotta pancakes are truly next-level — light, bright, and perfectly balanced. The Turkish eggs are savory and unforgettable. And the granola bowl with their house-made cow and goat milk yogurt? Completely out of this world.
Beyond the food, the staff is incredibly friendly and the service is always warm and welcoming. It’s one of those places you keep coming back to because you know it’s going to be amazing every single time.
Highly recommend.

We went to Perenn for brunch and loved it! The pastries and food are both amazing. Madison, our server, was so sweet and attentive. We ordered the Turkish eggs and the crispy brunch potatoes. Both were so flavorful and tasted wonderful. We also ordered the Kouign Amann and loved it. We also enjoyed the classic mimosas, the americano, and the earl grey tea. We visited on a weekday at brunch without a reservation. We were seated within a reasonable amount of time with minimal wait. It was busy, but very easy to talk amongst our party. I highly recommend Perenn!

Had an amazing brunch with friends today. This is the perfect place to grab a great Cappuccino and some sweet treats as well as a delicious meal! We had the Kale salad with chicken and the smash burger and truffle fries!

YEP, IT’S DEFINITELY PRICEY BUT THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD. My husband and I had brunch here. We sat outside. Your choices are take away, sit outside, or dine inside the restaurant. However the restaurant always has a very long wait. When we were there, the wait was nearly 2 hours so we ordered at the counter (where the wait was about 10 mins to order). Menu is the same regardless of where you eat. There are plenty of seats outside. My husband had the eggs, bacon and toast and enjoyed it. I had the grilled cheese with figs and French fries. It was excellent. Portion sizes are large. We shared a chocolate croissant. We also had lattes. No complaints on the food. Like others have mentioned, it is pricey. Our meal was $80. Seems like a lot for brunch for two people with no alcohol. That said, it is a good menu with great pastry selection. Good place for a special occasion or treat. Not worth a long wait just to sit inside though. Parking is very limited. Only a few spots in front of restaurant.

You guys, I’m picky. What a pleasure to have an experience I rarely have. 10 out of 10!
The fruit was fresh and sweet
The bacon delicious
The toast, a soft, wheat sourdough
The butter homemade and creamy
The coffee rich and flavorful
My husbands grits we not just delicious, but beautifully plated.
Who beautifully plates grits and an egg?!
The atmosphere is warm, cheery, calm, decorated in southern US/French fusion.
The staff were all helpful, warm and kind.
We left with extra pastries for later.
Excellent. Everything is beautiful and delicious, with a little whimsy, and a lot of charm.

Best croissants and baguettes in Nashville, hands down. I’ve been here many times and each visit the staff is kind and welcoming. The pastries are fresh and made with simple ingredients.
My recent visit, I was wanting a baguette, but they hadn’t arrived yet. I asked one more time after getting my food to go and the manager (I believe his name was Mike) grabbed me one right off the truck. When I asked if I can pay, he said it was on him. I was so taken back by the gesture and I will be a forever customer.
Super welcoming atmosphere, family & children friendly, and amazing food.
My fave are: baguettes, croissants, breakfast sandwich on croissants, berry danishes, iced vanilla latte, or seasonal brown butter marzipan latte. My husband loves their drip coffee and says it’s the best he’s had! Their coconut cloud coffee is good, but on the stronger side!
So happy Nashville has a European style bakery

Perenn Bakery was remarkable – the true highlight of our trip to Tennessee. I’ll be dreaming of coming back to this place again. Beautiful presentation, fresh ingredients of the highest quality, great coffee, elegant decor. Their croissants are absolute perfection and what I call “out of this world”!!! Lots of mouthwatering options that make your choice almost impossible. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. A group of beautiful people that truly cares about their customers. We had the sweetest server Jasmine, who was absolutely delightful and who made sure we had the ultimate best experience. Can’t recommend this place enough, check it out yourself!❤️

Visiting Franklin for the first time & came here for breakfast. We made reservations ahead of time and had a short wait to be seated. Breakfast was delicious! We ordered off the menu & purchased from the bakery, all delicious!

Loved everything! The Turkish breakfast has such great flavors and the croissants taste like the ones we get in Europe. Beautiful location and staff was so on top of it.

First time visit. We celebrated our anniversary with brunch. We have tried to go several times since it first opened but it has always been so crowded. Luckily I checked online and saw that they took reservations. This was a great option because it was packed. Once we arrived we were seated almost immediately. Our server Lola exceeded all our expectations. She was very kind and professional. She went over the entire bakery menu by memory and made several recommendations which we took advantage of and weren’t disappointed! The food came out very fast and was all delicious! Lola was very attentive to our needs and even presented us with her favorite cookie at her own expense after knowing we had a difficult time deciding which pastry to choose!! What a kind gesture! The Perenn was a great experience and we will be back!
