First and foremost, I ordered the Jalapeno Smashburger. BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!. I can honestly say I have never eaten a Smashburger that was not super messy and stayed together until the last bite. This burger was phenomenal. Everything about it was perfect. My daughter ordered the salmon entree. It was okay she said. She ends up eating half of my burger. Her boyfriend got the salmon burger. He said it was pretty good as well. The Hostess and waitress were on point. Kudos to everyone who works there. I will make it a point to stop there again when I visit Lancaster..FYI, not a huge selection on the menu. I would definitely check the menu online before you reserve…Cocktails were on point too

Cozy atmosphere and very nice staff. Started with the Amaro Milk Punch which was a refreshingly orangy citrus beverage with a hint of bitters. The Fried Brussel Sprouts which were nice n crispy and had the perfect amount of sauce. We also had crispy wings with the Amish dry rub which was a great blend while the Sweet Chili sauce was finger licking good :). For the main course we had the lobster ravioli which had perfectly grilled n seasoned shrimp on top of a creamy lobster sauce on top of perfectly cooked ravioli that were bursting with flavor when bitten into. The Margherita pizza which was had a nice red sauce which wasn’t to acidic and the crust was nice n crispy. The kale Ceasar with chicken had just the right amount of salad dressing and the chicken was grilled perfectly. For dessert, the flourless chocolate torte was so moist n delicious and was well complimented by the raspberries and whipped cream

Saw a show at Mickeys Black Box. Right across the parking lot. Had drinks and a delicious snack before going to our room. Met several interesting people, wonderful!

I had dinner and brunch here with my fiancé during our stay at the Hotel Rock Lititz this weekend. All of the food was absolutely outstanding, the dining area was stunning and the service was phenomenal. I added pictures of the menu and highlighted what we ordered in addition to pictures of the dishes as well. We will definitely be coming here again!

Per diem [fun nane, right] is a casual yet up scale feeling bar / restaurant st tge Rock Lititz [look it up- music industry] campus.
Food is priced contemporarily [nothing in the country is cheap, is it?], served in a timely fashion, by happy staff.
We sat at the bar – not too noisy and not deadly quiet.

There is a happy hour menu, too.

Per Diem has been on our list of Lancaster restaurants to try for a while now, and we finally had the opportunity when we went for a birthday dinner here. The chic industrial atmosphere was pleasant, and the relatively small menu was full of interesting items. The entrees that we ordered were a bit outside of our usual comfort zone, and it was fun to experience something new! While this is a bit out of our usual dinner price range, we definitely plan to return to Per Diem for some future special occasions!

Amazing food and atmosphere for a Sunday brunch. Recommend making a reservation online so you can get in right away. There’s a reason this place is popping

OMG! Per Diem was a delicious 10/10! Tucked in the Rock Lititz complex, this restaurant was wonderful! We shared 4 appetizers, all unusual and taste-delights! For the entrees we had: fillet over tarrogon fries with gravy, crab stuffed porta bella, seafood over pasta, and the Tour burger. Everything was perfectly cooked, good sized portions (some of us took a little home) and again delicious! Although we were a little full, we split a cinnamon waffle with hazelnut gelato, excellent choice even though we all waddled ourselves to the exit door!
Highly recommended!

Service was good. Quality was as expected. Flavor was there. Value was far below expectations comparatively to other restruants. We went for apps and desserts elsewhere afterwards because the steaks petite at most. It is a hotel restaurant and acts like a hotel restruant with a captive clientele.

If you want a fancy place for apps and drinks would recommend. Birthday dinner there are better options. Didn’t even offer a drink or dessert to the birthday girls…
