The sign caught my eye…Best Cinnamon Rolls in NWA. That is a bold claim so we had to give it a try. It did not disappoint. We also tried a bacon, egg and cheese croissant which was yummy too. The atmosphere was unique and the staff friendly. And Saturday around 9:30 am is busy but not a long wait.

Another great experience. Love the cinnamon rolls. Love this bakery and cafe. Nice sitting area and the owner of 11 years was very nice and accommodating. We got cupcakes and chocolate cake to go but will be back to have lunch. Short hours but worth planning around a trip to Fayetteville.

Today we were in town for an event and finally made it to Briar Rose Bakery—a place we’ve heard rave reviews about for years. And wow, it absolutely lived up to the hype!
We tried the tuna croissant sandwich, which was perfectly flaky and flavorful, and the cupcakes to go… just amazing. Moist, rich, and beautifully decorated—they truly made our day. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were warm and friendly.
If you’re anywhere near Farmington, do yourself a favor and stop by. Briar Rose is a gem that delivers both charm and deliciousness in every bite!

Briar Rose Bakery is a charming and beautiful bakery! Their famous Cinammon Rolls live up to their reputation, delicious! We were fortunate to come in the Fall and they had Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls! The ambiance is my favorite of any bakery ever and there is lots of seating. There is a lovely outdoor patio too! A must do in Northwest Arkansas!

We ordered family packs of biscuits and gravy from Briar Rose Bakery & Deli in Farmington, AR for our tailgate. They were a huge hit! The biscuits were perfectly fluffy, and the gravy was rich and flavorful, just like a true southern breakfast should be.
Everything we ordered was incredible. The ham and cheese croissants, sausage kolaches, mini muffins, baklava, and those melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon rolls. Every bite tasted fresh, homemade, and crafted with care. Again, the cinnamon rolls are a must!

The quality and flavor were top-notch across the board. You can tell Briar Rose takes pride in everything they make. Highly recommend them for family gatherings, tailgates, or any event where you want to impress with amazing breakfast food!

Amazing Cinnamon Rolls! This place has a very homey atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and their service is top notch. Their prices are great, especially because the flavor in most the dishes is spot on. The Biscuits & Gravy is a huge portion with great flavor. The star of the show is the gooey cinnamon roll, which has a great balance of flavor and texture.

Wow! Where to start!? There are so many things to love about this adorable deli/bakery. If the name alone didn’t entice you, Hello, Briar Rose? The outside of this charming establishment will surely make you want to come in! The flowers and rock wall are truly reminiscent of walking into a fairytale and the decorative paintings on the walls inside are absolutely magical. The huge stone fireplace in the kitchen area and other embellishments are truly out of a story book. There is also an outside space with a vine covered Pergola and some fairytale trees outside that would lend themselves well as a Venue for a Baby or Wedding shower or a little girl’s Tea Party birthday. The food is also amazing. My family and I tried the Tomato Basil soup, Spicy Italian sandwich, Turkey and Bacon sandwich and the Tomato/Fresh Mozzarella and Basil sandwich and everything was delicious! We also enjoyed trying the Key Lime pie and chocolate cupcakes and they were a yummy way to end the meal. We drove 3.5 hours to check out this place and I am soo grateful we did! Hoping to return in the Fall to enjoy a beautiful drive full of Autumn color and fill our tummies with another wonderful meal! The only thing I wish they did differently would be to dress in costume. The friendly folks making and serving the food almost seem out of place in their T shirts and jeans, LOL. Truly worth the drive if you don’t live in their beautiful town!

We had to wait a bit for our cinnamon roll, I think probably just back luck on timing. But the staff were so courteous and kind about our wait, and once we got our cinnamon roll…. It made up for the wait completely.

Drove three hours just for the cinnamon roll, which was great. We also got a chocolate dipped almond croissant, biscuits and gravy, and a ham egg cheese croissant sandwich. Everything was amazing!
