Friday early evening was busy with tourists and families but still had some nice open tables with views. Donna was server, she is personable and is great at her job. Ordered drinks and the Brussels sprouts appetizer. Totally recommend and would order them again.

We came here on a Tuesday evening to celebrate a birthday. Aliya was an informative, attentive, professional server. The food was delicious! The chocolate torte is gluten free and amazing. Totally worth it, with the view of Pismo beach out on the patio with the heaters!

Loving the new management. Very community centric. The new restaurant Pequin has Mexican style dishes that we can all can relate to but with a gourmet flare. The tacos and ceviche are a must try. Chef Frank does a fantastic job of bringing exquisite flavors to every bite. It was also the perfect location for my birthday bash!

Conner & Irene our servers gave us exceptional friendly service. The food flavors very delicious. I had the Avocado toast with poached eggs and yesterday had the pulled pork with poached egg. We were not disappointed…great food! Great vibe, make sure you visit this establishment. Their signature scent is clean and fresh…we loved everything about this beachy stay!

This is a nice option for a decent meal in Pismo. New hotel. Nice ambiance, open and airy but still sheltered oceanside. Dinner was a fun mix of excellent small plates we all shared and enjoyed. Breakfast was notable for good quality ingredients especially the fruit. Excellent and friendly service, Lisa (dinner) and Connor (breakfast) were very attentive.

I made reservations for the Mother’s Day Brunch Experience and was very disappointed. We arrived for our reservation and the lady who seemed disoriented said they ran out of food so we would have to order off the lunch menu. This should have been our first red flag to leave. A manager came over and repeated what she said. Even though I had made a reservation for the experience. They sat us outside because they told us there was heaters as we got outside the waitress just said “oh the heaters are off” but never took the time to turn them on or offer us a seat inside. We waited about ten minutes for our server to come and ask for our drinks. And waited maybe another ten minutes before we got anything. We asked if our appetizer would come first because at this point it was almost 45 minutes of just sitting there but they said all the food was put in at the same time so they would all come out at the same time. Our food finally came and it was mediocre especially considering the cost of the food. Food also tasted like it was cooked in old oil. I also asked for a drink and the waiter never came back to check if we wanted refills or anything else at all. I eventually, after waiting 30 minutes after we finished eating, went inside to ask if they could bring us a check because no one bothered to come see if we were done. Needless to say it was far from the brunch I was hoping to have to treat my mother. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I highly recommend you DO NOT visit this restaurant.

I really enjoyed this restaurant while staying at the Vespera. A tasty michelada and the ceviche flight and you’re set. The ceviche I had contained large chunks of crab and shrimp. It was delicious. I capped it all off with the bread pudding. I seriously could eat only about 1/4 of it. It was so rich and amazing with Carmel sauce and topped with a scoop of ice cream. Check it out when you’re visiting Pismo next.

Great dinner at Pechin last night! The smoked beets were especially good, with a blue cheese crema that was both unexpected and tasty. We had the pollo street tacos and Wagyu steak. Both super tasty! Thanks to our server, Danielle, for being so attentive and helpful! Locals should check this place out — 2 hours free valet parking when you go to the restaurant.
