Came in after a show in the afternoon on a Saturday. We were seated quickly and had a server help us quickly. We ordered an appetizer and 2 pizzas. All of the food was delivered at once. Not exactly how appetizers work. One of our pizzas was deluxe which would be amazing if it wasn’t for the sausage used being used past its holding date. The flavor of the sausage ruined the whole pizza. This is the third time the sausage has been this way out of the 6 times we have ordered it. Go to the Allendale location they actually know how to operate an efficient and safe restaurant where you can expect the same great food each time. Jenison location is like playing Russian roulette with 5 bullets in a 6 shooter.

SERIOUSLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. My table of four was refused service last week because the manager accused two of us of trying to use fake IDs!! I posted a bad review a week ago hoping for some sort of response from the staff. I want, at the very least, an apology for the mistake, since they unjustly accused me and my friend of criminal activity, embarrassed my table in front of the entire restaurant, and forced us to leave without any discussion. The manager tried to keep our IDs, but a server eventually snuck them out of the back for us because we told multiple staff that we legally couldn’t drive home without a license. We should have called the police in this situation.. I’m still kicking myself for not doing so! I can’t find words to express how incredibly frustrating and troubling it is that I was treated this way and no one has responded to my review or our complaint email after a week. In the future please find a competent manager who knows how to properly identify michigan state IDs, or at the very least GET A SCANNER. This is unacceptable and I demand a response from somebody after the absolutely garbage treatment I received from the manager. The only thing I can do until then is continue to put this information out there so everyone knows that the people who run this place don’t care about the customer experience. Don’t bother going to this Peppino’s unless you want your night ruined. This location says they’re independently owned, so hopefully the other locations of the same name are still safe to visit. Peppino’s in Jenison should seriously be avoided. Don’t give them your business!

I held a bridal shower on Sunday, June 11 23 and I want to do a shout out for our person who took care of our drinks in the food. He was wonderful his name was Christian and also the bartender, whose name I don’t have were very helpful. Everyone at the shower had a great time and also commented on what a great job they did. I just want to thank you for making it a great day for my soon to be daughter-in-law.

Honestly this whole experience was pure awful! My husband and I ordered 2 strombolis. We both ordered onion in ours and it turned out to be red onion (super weird on pizza!!) and very raw. Black olives also raw. The spinach, green pepper, cheese and breading were fine. The red onion is what really ruined it badly. It was so weird and the rawness was disgusting on a cooked food item.

We tried to give them one more shot but again our takeout pizza was soggy and loaded with so many toppings I’m sure the whole thing was just saturated in grease. Eating there the pizza isn’t soggyAnd out loaded toys were luke warm and so loaded with cheese it made them think and sticky going down your throat. Food is always bad for take out but good for done in. Won’t be back for take out again.

I had the salmon with broccoli and roasted potatoes. Received a huge piece of salmon that tasted amazing! And the broccoli was al dente exactly how I like it. I had to get the cheese bread because the pizza smell when you walk in makes your mouth water. The crust is SO good! I would highly recommend this!! Not to forget the Cucumber Sangria seasonal cocktail…yummy! Definitely to return here if my travels bring me back!!

A new sit down area with full bar is a welcome addition to this area. It’s only been open less than a week, so still experiencing some opening glitches, but I’m sure it will be a 5 start visit the next time we are there. Loaded tater tots were really good as was the lasagna.

Had a great experience here! Food is excellent, my wifes manhattan was made perfectly, and, our server, Kari was very friendly, answered a couple of kinda dumb questions, and gave us great and timely service. She is worth her weight in gold!!
