Pulled in for a quick stop and grabbed an assorted box of Munchkins – super fresh and absolutely yummy.
Dom took my order and greeted me at the window. He was super funny while still being professional, which made the experience even better. Customer service like his makes a difference – more people could learn from Dom.

Lately this location has gone down hill. My regular drink is $6.50 and they often don’t prepare it correctly, to the point that the sweet girl at the window will even comment if it was made right the first time. The manager is great when she’s at the window, but she is the one that most frequently prepares my drinks incorrectly when she’s the one making them. She also trash talks employees and customers to other employees, in front of customers (for call-out reasons, weird orders, etc).
Today was the final straw that has me finally leaving a review…I ordered a large iced coffee with coffee milk and cookie butter flavor. The cashier rang in 4 coffee milks, the last time someone did that I received a drink that was pure white with no signs of coffee – so I politely asked if 4 was too many, but she replied that 4 was correct for a large (mind you she charged me an addt. $2 for coffee milk…), I said thank you and pulled to the window. The girl at the window was not the one taking orders, she was very polite and handed me my food while we waited on my drink. Once she handed me the drink, she walked away. I received a drink that was just lighter than black coffee, definitely not with 4 coffee milks. Since she left the window, I chose to go home and put half and half in it and just deal with it, rather than wait.
Once I made it drinkable with half and half, I discovered there is no cookie butter flavor in my drink at all. That made me quite upset, not the lack of cookie butter specifically, but how spiteful the person became that she chose to make my drink and leave out the 2 requested items I asked for (and paid extra for). All because I questioned the 4 coffee milk adders? I’m so disappointed and I’ve chosen to personally no longer support this Dunkin location. It’s been a longggg build up of trust issues with my mobile orders being correct, but this was the final straw.

I miss the old workers they used to have. These new people give you whatever they feel like giving you regardless of what you ask for and they don’t know how to make the drinks. Please check your order before leaving because it will be wrong, and it will taste bad. This has happened several times now!! I asked for maple sugar bacon ( which you pay extra for) & get regular bacon that is barely cooked. My drink I asked for a lil extra caramel in my latte & there’s not a drop of caramel in this. It taste like a strong coffee. Disgusting & a waste of money!!

I am ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED.
My grandma faced bullying, harassment and borderline abuse at this horrible establishment.
We walk into Dunkin’ Donuts at 10:36. We get our order taken, and begin waiting for our food and drinks at 10:40.
My grandmother ordered a small plain black coffee, and I ordered a small Matcha with vanilla.

Three minutes later, our drinks come up.
I have to be at work at 11:15, Therefore, I didn’t have a lot of time to wait, but I wanted to wait with my grandma because she’s elderly.
1045 comes by not one food item has gone out, but I have seen at least seven cars pull up from the drive-through window and go. They have at least 20 people in the dining room room waiting for their food or drinks.
1050 comes around one item to one customer has gone out still no sign of our food. 1055 comes around. I eventually have to leave to get to work and leave without my food that I paid for.

My grandma continues waiting for the food at after 11:00 am she receives the food it is burnt.
She then ask for it to be remade, being older it is hard to chew on burnt food.
She is then harassed and bullied by two other customers, as well as the employees are sitting there watching it happening and not only watching it happening and instigating it as well.
My grandma is extremely disappointed hurt and upset. I am extremely disheartened and disappointed in Dunkin’ Donuts. I thought they valued customer service, and I thought they cared about their customers more than this.
No, I’m sorry. No refund. No let me fix this. No manager talk to nothing just joking and making fun of her as she walks out of the restaurant. I am so ashamed of this behavior By any human.

The food here is fine. Some of the workers are great don’t get me wrong. I come here a lot for the mini bagel bites. However, this morning was a completely different experience and I was not happy. I went in and stood patiently in line. It was almost my turn I was up next, and a lady walked in front of me asked others if they were in line but completely ignored me. The worker went straight for the other lady who had just cut right in front of me after standing in line for over 10 min. She didn’t even stop the lady to say “hey I’m sorry but this young women was here before you if you don’t mind me getting her order first” which would have been great customer service. However, that did not happen. I did not feel welcomed at all. I asked about the Valentine’s Day tins and got met with a “no” and blank expression. One of the other girls who work there who is always so sweet when I came in then told me when they would be available and met me with her awesome smile. THATS how you do customer service. You don’t ignore a customer who clearly stood in line for 10 min and take another customers order who jumped in front. I bit my tongue over the incident again. Not one to complain. I know this seems very small considering but I was not happy with that interaction AT ALL!

We went inside at 10:25 am, 5 -6 employees. Waited, about 4 minutes. Not greeted even by the one directly in front of me and my husband on a scooter. If you aren’t going through drive thru, you don’t count. I said we were walking about because they didn’t acknowledge us at all. No words were spoken. We left.

I usually dont leave reviews but this location specifically has gotten our coffee order wrong in the past. BUT Kaytee (I believe that was the way it was spelled) you did an amazing job! And thank you for your outstanding costumer service! Happy New Year! Wishing you many blessings you deserve it.

Chris isn’t just great…he’s next-level…The Dunkin’ Hero We All Need! I stopped by at 1 PM for coffee, and not only did he serve it up with his signature energy, but he also took the time to walk me through the Dunkin’ app like a true pro.

Patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help, he made sure I got the most out of my points. He’s not just serving coffee, he’s delivering VIP treatment every time.

Dunkin take notes…this man deserves a raise and his own donut on the menu!
