I’ve had Peppinos in Grand Rapids for years, and the East Lansing one a few times, so I was excited to have one closer to me! I don’t know what else to say other than the food is good. I’ve had the pizza AND the lasagna and have since been back for both. Great place for pizza or Italian in a hurry! Can’t really rate the atmosphere because it’s take out only, but that doesn’t matter as long as the food is good, which it is.

SO good! Everything was fresh, such great flavors and proportions. GREAT for families.
The ranch was incredible.
The marinara dipping sauce.

Pizza as we know it today was invented in 18th-century Naples, Italy, as a cheap, fast, and convenient food for the working class.
This right here was the perfect balance between high end pizza and perfect pizza for the working class.
Eating this pizza made me feel like I was in 18th century discovering pizza. The taste was outstanding, put my taste buds on planet 9. Services was top of the line. Walked in got my order in 15 mins later perfect pizza.
This isnt Italy but definitely a close one. 10/10. Josh hands down took care of me. Id consider him to be the Italian PaPa of the shop.

I like this place so much I deleted my original review just to make a new one with a pretty picture. They even took the time to read my side note on my order and add toppings to my cheese bread. Online ordering would not let me do so, but they saw my idea and made it happen with great success! This is my favorite spot to get pizza, they are consistent, and always friendly and the delivery fee is primo. I’m sure there’s plenty of nights you might want pizza but the same old pizza chain isn’t cutting it anymore, dial this place up, you’ll be glad you did!

Since moving here in 2020. Peppinos was a good pizza joint. Here it is 2024, pizza quality is trash. 2 times now I have spent $100+ on an order. When it arrives it’s stone cold. Not to mention I’ve sat in the store for an order, just to watch how things operate. Orders for delivery will sit on the back counter for 15-20 min before delivery personnel pick it up to deliver. 0 communication to front cashier that’s if they are even there. No actual structure or care for food service. Takes 1 hr from store to door with only 1/2 mile away. I was informed my 1st order of the night was on the back counter for 20-45 min before taken out for delivery. I would get better service from little ceasers for only a 15$ tab then 100$ at this location. Not once have I seen an actual adult working and maintaining structure at the store. Training and quality care need to improve drastically. I used to praise to people on how good this place is now I tell them to stay clear and goto mancinos. Picture is of a margarita pizza. Clear waxy cheese not fresh and very very cheap quality. Basil should not be baked. START SHOWING THE LOVE IN COOKING FOR YOUR COMMUNITY. WE DONT HAVE MANY OPTIONS FOR ACTUAL QUALITY FRESH TYPE FOOD.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the crust is great, and other times it’s bready. I guess it depends on who is making the dough.

Good experience. Ordered online arrived near estimated time. The pizza is good. The garlic bread sticks are PHENOMENAL. Also, the garlic butter sauce is amazing. My wife ordered garden salad and everything was extremely fresh. I will order again even if just to get those garlic breadsticks.
