I really wanted to like this place: it was right outside my Airbnb and I picked this spot to have lunch on my birthday. However, there were just a few things that gradually made the experience worse and worse.
First, when I was shown my seat, it was a booth, there was leftover bits of food on the chair and the booth so I had to wipe it off the chair before I could sit. Then, when it came time to order, I ordered my pizza and asked for a drink of water. The waitress told me that I would need to walk over to the bar and get my water myself. I saw her bring out a beer to the guy next to me about 5 minutes later. In any case, I had to get up twice during my meal to refill my own glass of water. Then, when it came time to pay the check, the waitress took away the plate my pizza was in, but did not take away the water glass (I had to get up and leave it at the bar myself). She also never asked if I wanted to order anything else like desert, but at that point I had already made up my mind to go elsewhere. I should also mention, when I got up to get the glass for my water, it was not obvious which glasses were clean and dirty (because the clean ones also seemed to have condensation all over the inside of them) – I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to walk over to the bar just to ask. All of this would have maybe only justified knocking off a star or two if the pizza was good. I am vegetarian and ordered the veggie chips and salsa pizza – it was mid and I was still hungry after. I went to McDonalds after and the veggie burger tasted much better.

Good restaurant. We waited long to get a seat as we did not make a reservation but it was worth it in the end as we really enjoyed our pizzas. It might be better to make a reservation if you want to go. I also really recommend the Strawberry Spritz. Peppes Pizza is really a good choice if you are in Tromsø.

Best Vegan pizzas in Tromso. Best service and information provided by Julia. We also had tasty garlic bread, Chilly cheese balls & Bruschetta. Quick service tasty food and lovely ambiance. Most recommend restaurant.

The atmosphere in the pizzeria is nice enough and the staff was friendly.
On the downside the wait till the food was ready was around 45-50 minutes.
And the pizza we got was way too oily unfortunately. 3.5 starts overall.
PS: large pizza is truly massive. Easily enough for 3 people. Too much for 2 people.

Not sure why this place is not as well rated as it should be. The only “complaint” is that the pizzas took like 30 min to be served, but we were told the waiting time when we asked for a table, so we were ok with that. I had one of their new pizzas and my partner had a “made your own”. Both were really nice! Would definitely come back.

Loved the people attending (welcoming and extremely nice) the place is big and cozy. The food is regular food. Had the Mac and cheese and the chicken bites (both average but comforting taking into account the outside weather). The margarita pizza was really good!

Worst pizza I ever had, honestly the frozen pizza I’ve got yesterday was better unfortunately. We went for a large pizza to share but as you can see in the picture the slice of pizza had little to no toppings on it, literally half of the slice was bread only.
We are very disappointed and we would definitely not come back.

We saw a buffet sign outside, and we were curious so we went in and got seated.
Seeing that the buffet was only two pizzas, nobody seemed to be eating it, there wasn’t much choice, so a little disappointed we decided to ask for the menu instead.
There was a waiter and a waitress in the restaurant, she was very nice while he acted like he hated us.
Didn’t even look at us, when we asked a question he always replied in a rude manner, he even bumped me when bringing the food and didn’t even say anything about it.
We waited for 50 minutes for a pizza and some wings. The couple that ordered right before us (literally the waiter went to them and then us) had already left by the time we got our food, which only came after we asked the much nicer waitress.
The food was ok, nothing to write home about.
Overall I will never eat there again and I would definitely not recommend anyone does.

Nice place The pizza is good, the dough is a bit different as usual but tastes good. It is a little bit expensive but worth it for pizza cravings!
By the way, vegan options are tasty!
